Minho decided to not try and force Jisung to drink the blood and instead brought it upstairs with him and put it on his nightstand, hoping that Jisung would drink it eventually.
He was confused as to how Jisung was fighting his hunger so much when that was one of the most impossible things to do as a vampire. But because of that, he hoped Jisung would end up drinking it soon.
"Hey, do you want to finish our project?" Minho questioned, hoping to distract Jisung a little bit since he seemed so lost in thought. Minho could tell he was overthinking everything and that was the last thing he wanted Jisung to be doing at the moment.
"Yeah, sure," Jisung replied and moved to sit on the floor to start working on their painting again.
Minho turned on some music so the room wasn't silent as they worked.
About half an hour later Jisung sighed and leaned his head onto Minho's shoulder and watched him paint instead.
"Are you tired?" Minho questioned, glancing down at the younger who shook his head no.
"Are you happy that you turned me?" Jisung asked randomly.
"I'm happy that I didn't kill you...I don't think I can be happy about turning you until you're happy about it." Minho explained. "I'm happy I can be around you without worrying about hurting you. I wish this could have happened the other way around though."
"What do you mean?"
"If I could have become a human instead of you becoming a vampire then I still wouldn't have to avoid you anymore. You wouldn't be sad because you could still continue living with Felix and you wouldn't be so stressed out right now. We could have gone on normal dates instead of me watching you eat every time we went somewhere. And I could still buy you cheesecake which always made you smile. I'm sorry it couldn't have worked out that way." Minho explained if it were possible for him to have turned into a human he would have easily made the decision to do so the moment his mom told him about his father. Or maybe even before that.
"We still went on normal dates. We had fun when we went to the fair and when we went to the cat cafe. We could still do that stuff." Jisung explained, trying to cheer Minho up but also subconsciously cheering himself up too in the process.
"Aren't you going to miss things like cheesecake and being able to live with Felix? And sitting down in a cafe without getting stares because you aren't eating or drinking anything? You never wanted this."
"Not as much as I missed you. And you never asked for it either Min." Jisung reassured, wrapping his arms around the older as Minho put down his paintbrush, deciding to take a break from their project for the moment as well.
"Do you want to finish it tomorrow?" Minho asked, glancing down at Jisung who nodded.
They both moved onto Minho's bed as Jisung basically lied down on top of Minho just like he used to. Minho couldn't help but smile a bit as he wrapped his arms around his waist.
"Hey, Jisung?" Minho said, getting the younger's attention.
"Hmm?"
"I know the situation sucks but how about we learn to try and like it together?" Minho questioned, referring to them both being vampires.
He had hated it his entire life but now that the person he loved most had his most hated quality he was sure he could find some good in it. (istg I'm not making any sense rn.)
Jisung moved to look at Minho and showed him a small smile before saying, "okay."
Besides, there was nothing either of them could do about it now anyway. Might as well try not to hate it.
"Can you please try and drink that now?" Minho said, glancing at the glass of blood on his dresser and giving Jisung a hopeful smile.
Jisung hesitated before he finally moved and sat up beside Minho and grabbing the glass.
"Try not to think about it too much," Minho said, noticing that Jisung was having a difficult time getting himself to try it. "Pretend it's some type of juice."
Jisung slowly took a sip of it which once again turned into him chugging the entire glass in seconds before putting it back onto Minho's nightstand.
"I'm so proud of you," Minho spoke, pulling Jisung to lay on his chest again. "It wasn't that bad, right?"
Jisung shook his head and smiled at the brunette. This was the old Minho that he missed so much. This was exactly what he had been hoping and wishing for the past month and now he finally got it.
Maybe being a vampire won't be too bad.

"Jisung!" Felix yelled once the blue-haired boy entered their shared class the next morning, "I missed you." he said, pulling him into a hug.
Jisung immedietly felt bad because he knew Felix wasn't going to handle him moving out very well. He still wasn't even sure what to tell Felix yet.
"I missed you too."
"Do you want to watch a movie together tonight? I've been hanging out with Bin a lot lately so we should do something together too."
"I think I might sleep over at Seungmin's again," Jisung replied thoughtlessly as Felix pulled away from their hug with a pout on his face but a few seconds later it turned into a smirk.
"Do you have a crush?"
"No! Seungmin had a boyfriend. It's not like that." Jisung responded, not knowing what else to say since he truly didn't know that much about Seungmin.
"Hmm...You should introduce me to him sometime. He seemed really nice when he spoke to me yesterday."
"Yeah...okay...I will eventually." Jisung said with an awkward laugh as he moved around Felix to sit in his assigned seat.
The class went smoothly and luckily they had too much work for Felix to talk to or ask Jisung about anything else.
But of course, something bad had to happen once class ended.
"Felix, I think I'm gonna go sit outside today," Jisung said as they walked out of their classroom together.
"Are you avoiding me or something?" Felix joked, "why don't you want to sit with me and Binnie?"
"I just...have a book to read for class and it's quieter outside." Jisung lied and Felix looked at him weirdly.
"Can't you just watch the movie about the book?"
"That's not what the assignment was. Anyway, have fun with Changbin Felix! Bye!" Jisung said, pushing Felix lightly towards the direction of the cafeteria since he could see Minho in the distance already.
Jisung let out a breath of relief once he thought Felix had walked away to go meet Changbin.
But really Felix was right around the corner watching to see why Jisung was acting so suspicious. He wouldn't be doing this if he hadn't caught Jisung's self-harming but because he did he was slightly paranoid about him acting weird.
His eyes widened when he saw Minho walk up to his best friend and grabbed his hand as he smiled at him.
Considering what Minho had told Jisung and how Jisung reacted. He couldn't let himself watch the two walk off together and become close all over again. He was too worried about what would happen if Minho said something like that again.
Felix ran to catch up to the two and quickly moved Minho's hand away from Jisung's.
"Stay the hell away from him," Felix said calmly, glaring at Minho before pulling Jisung's hand to follow him into the cafeteria.
