"As expected from Vil, you look so calm. Are you used to this?" Jamil asked.
"Calm? Used to this?" Vil hummed. ".... Hmph. I'M NOT!!!!!! I wanted to kick them down the stage now!!!! Someone knock me out before I swear at them!"
"Calm down, Vil. Deep breaths, deep breaths." Y/n said to Vil, calming him down a bit.
"... I want to curse the people that bite for them...." Vil muttered out.
"..... Ah, beautiful Vil. Our Roi De Poison." Rook said. "It seems like my decision had made you suffer, I'm sorry. But, I just can't bear to lie to myself."
"Heh?" Y/n turned to Rook with wide eyes.
".... Huh? What do you mean by that?" Vil asked.
"One of the people that you should curse is me." Rook said to Vil.
"Eh......?" The Night Ravens look at Vil with confused looks on their faces.
".... What do you mean by that....?" Vil muttered.
"Actually.... Look." Rook shower his phone. That one vote.... Was Rook.
"........................... Haa." Vil nearly fainted!
"WAHHH! VIL! WATCH OUT!" Kalim yelped out.
"I got 'im!" Y/n was fast enough to catch Vil in time before he stumbles backwards.
"G-Get a hold of yourself! Please grab on my shoulder!" Deuce said to Vil, assisting Y/n to support the blonde.
"Hey, Rook! Why would you vote for them?!" Ace semi-shouted at Rook.
"Unbelievable! How can you do something like this?!" Epel added.
"I have said it before. I just can't lie to myself." Rook muttered. "They perform while believing in the power of their team. "Powerful", "The most beautiful in the world". That's what I thought after I watched their performance."
"No way...." Vil was in a state of complete shock and disbelief.
"Vil. You must believe in your beauty more than anybody else. You have been working hard to defeat your rival, this part of yours is really beautiful too. But... If you don't believe in yourself.... Even if the whole world complimented you, you will still feel empty in the depth of your heart. One day, if you are being covered in mud, getting left behind as you get older and skinny.... But if you believe in your own beauty with whole confidence, the Magic Mirror that exists in the fairytale will surely recognize you too. The pride of believing in yourself is what makes you the most beautiful in the world. Roi De Poison, beautiful Vil. Please believe in yourself, beauty is always with you. Now at this moment, you are the most beautiful." Vil started to break down into tears.
"VI-VIL~~~!!!" The moment was gone when Neige called out to Vil.
".... Neige?" Vil turned to Neige, wiping away his stray tears.
"I have only seen you cry when we're acting before, but it's my first time seeing you cry in real life..." Neige said to Vil, a bit surprised by this.
"I never thought you will see me cry in real life. Hmph.... I have always lost to you." Vil said to Neige.
"That's not it.... Maybe that's what we see on the surface." Neige said to Vil. "You and your team have shown us an amazing performance too, only you are able to perform to a song like that. We are the winners of this contest. But for the people that vote for your team, you are the winner to them."
"Neige..." Vil was speechless.
"It's alright, Vi-Vil. Don't cry." Neige gave Vil a warm soft smile.
"Fufu. Roi De Neige is right. You look more beautiful when you smile." Rook chuckled softly. "Here take my handkerchief."
".... Thank you." Vil said to Rook.
"Ah, you are the one that called out to me during the break time.... Your name is Rook, right?" Neige asked.
"Oui. I apologize for rushing you just now." Rook said to Neige.
"Rook, you are the one that gave me a letter during my handshake events with the initial "R" right?" Neige asked.
"EH!!??" The boys yelped out.
"HANDSHAKE EVENT!?" Vil yelped.
"LETTER!?" Epel added.
"Eh.... How did you know.....?" Rook muttered out.
"Among all the other fans, you are the only one that called me "Roi De Neige"." Neige explained briefly. "I immediately recognized you after you called me with that beautiful nickname. You bought every photo cards every time you came to my handshake event, and you even sent a poem of your thoughts on all my photo cards. I didn't think you were a boy at first. It really surprised me!"
"Eh, Rook is a fan of Neige LeBlanche?!" Deuce stuttered out.
"Not only that, he even wrote his thoughts on all the photo cards.... He is the craziest fan I've ever seen!" Ace added.
"...... Ha! Don't tell me, the thick album Rook brought with him during the training camp is...." Jamil mumbled.
"The last one is Rook. I trust you. But, there's only a thick album in your luggage.... What is this?" Vil asked.
"Haha, it's the memory of my lifework. I've been carrying it all the time." Rook laughed lightly. "It's my private thing, it's quite embarrassing to open it here..."
"Excuse me. I didn't even want to invade the privacy of others." Vil apologized to Rook.
"Maybe the album if full with the photo cards of Neige LeBlanche.....!!" Jamil yelped out.
"EH~~~~~~~~!?" The boys yelped out.
"Wow." Is the only word Y/n was able to muster up.
"I see~ you are such a big fan of his. I'm glad you get to meet him in real life, Rook!" Kalim said to Rook. "You should shake hands with him as a memory!"
"Y-Yeah... I guess you're right." Rook stuttered out. Rook suddenly went silent.
"He suddenly stopped talking, what's wrong....?" Epel mumbled.
"Hmph. He must feel awkward." Vil said with a sly smirk.
"Give him a minute to think." Y/n said to the boys.
"......................" Rook gave a soft sound of crying.
"H-He is crying in silence.....!" Vil stuttered out with wide eyes. Vil and Y/n froze in place. Glancing at each other then back at the hunter.
"Roi De Neige.... It's my first time introducing myself infront of you. I am one of the fanclub members of Neige LeBlanche..... "Eternal Snow". Registration number 0000002.... Rook Hunt." Rook Introduced himself to Neige. Tears still visible in his eyes.
"He even joined his fan club!?" Deuce yelped out.
"He registered for the fan club so early!" Ace added.
"Sweet sugar crystals. That's.... That's some dedication." Y/n mumbled out, eyes still wide with surprise.
"Your beauty has lit up my life. You have given me a hope to continue believing in beauty." Rook said to Neige. "I am honored to talk to you in real life. Thank you so much for today."
"You look really different when you come to my handshake event, I'm sorry for not being able to recognize you in one glance." Neige said to Rook. "Thank you for supporting me!"
"I'll send you a letter to tell you my thoughts of your performance again." Rook said to Neige with a soft smile.
"Fufu. Don't write your initial in the letter again, you should write your full name." Neige giggled.
"Neige LeBlanche.... I'm so amazed by his response to this. I can somehow understand the reason of him being so popular." Jamil mumbled out. "As a worldwide celebrity, he knows how to deal with fans properly in all sorts of situations. This is his "Power"."
"Nah, I think it was because Rook is the only fan that has a strong impression..." Ace muttered out.
".... Haa. What a cruel man. You have betrayed me until the very end." Vil sighed.
"The reason I vote for Royal Sword Academy.... It has nothing to do with me being a fan of Neige. I just...." Rook sobbed out.
"So, they're your friends now, huh, Y/n?" Neige asked the girl.
"Ayup." Y/n nodded.
"I'm glad you're making friends! I miss seeing you smile like this, you know." Neige said to Y/n.
"It's great seeing you again, Neige."
"You too, Heart String."
"Stop. I know you're not a person like that, you don't have to tell me. I'm not an idiot." Vil said to Rook. ".... Even though we have only known each other for two years, I didn't even know that you were a huge fan of Neige. It's hard to understand you sometimes..... Hurry up and wipe your tears. Here's your handkerchief." Vil smiled softly at Rook.
"Merci, Roi De Poison...." Rook smiled at Vil.
"Fufu, Vi-Vil. You finally smile!" Neige giggled.
