Next day. At the Animal Clinic.
Scott, Mason, Liam, Theo and i were at the animal clinic.
Scott turned on some random phone he found in the woods on a dead body.
A woman "Hey, it's me again. i, uh, don't know why you can't seem to call me back. Maybe it's because you think you're punishing me. But this is too long. It's too much. And it's not abut us. Something's happening in Beacon Hills. T the people here. I just, i need to know everyone there with you is okay, so can you just please call me , okay? That's all i'm asking for and if you can't call me back, then. That means i'm coming up there myself. if i don't get a call from you, i'm coming up there. So just try, try to remember, it's my pack, too"
Scott closed the phone.
Theo who was looking out of the glass front door "you pulled this off one of the bodies in the woods?"
I was sitting on a chair leaning my head on my hand.
It was all too much nerve wrecking for me. I'm exhausted.
Liam "Malia did"
Scott nodded "Yeah, there were six dead bodies, and one of them had no face"
Theo nodded "okay, so the one with no face, you think that's the woman on the phone?"
Scott shrugged"Maybe"
Mason "It's the same thing that happened to Aaron. It took over his body, basically stole his face and his DNA. So that means whoever this woman is she could be the other half of the Anuk-Ite"
Theo "which means she's just half of the problem. The other half we already know about, Aaron"
Liam "we don't know where he is, though"
Theo "hold on. Aren't we supposed to keep both halves apart? If we know about one half, let's just go for that one, that's Aaron"
Mason "I'm not agreeing with Theo, but i do think it'd be easier to track down Aaron over a voice on a phone"
Liam raised an eyebrow "that's agreeing with Theo"
Mason nodded "yeah but i thought i'd try to soften the blow a bit"
Theo asked annoyed "is everyone completely shocked that i might be right?"
Liam shook his head "no, we just don't like it"
Scott "Maybe we're all right, maybe we should be looking for both, Aaron and the woman on the phone. I mean, since you guys agree-"
Mason "Wait, you mean, me and...."
Theo ".....him? "
Scott nodded "Yeah. You two find Aaron. "Liam and i will try to figure out whose voice is on the phone"
Liam "if we find either half, maybe we don't have to fight at all. Stop the Anuk-Ite.."
Scott nodded "..Stop the war"
Mason turned to me "Cori, why are you so quiet?"
I blended him out.
Scott called out again "Corina!"
I snapped out of my trance and looked at them surprised "i agree"
Liam rolled his eyes.
Scott sighed "When did we lose you?"
Me "When Mason agreed with Theo"
Mason shook his head "i didn't agree with him"
I rolled my eyes.
Scott "Wanna go with them?"
I chuckled, shaking my head "Hell no. I'm not gonna go down there again. "
Mason mouthed to me "Don't let me go alone with him"
I smirked and blew him a kiss.
Then I turned to Scott.
Scott "Then you can help Liam and me"
I smiled "Great"

Theo and Mason had left. I was sitting on a cabinet leaning against the wall while the Scott and Liam were looking at the phone which was spinning around itself.
Scott stopped it.
Liam drove his hand through his hair and picked up the phone. He dialed the number.
Scott took the phone away deleting the call "do you even know what you're gonna say?"
Liam shrugged ""Hello??""
Scott "We might only get one shot at this. What are you gonna tell her?"
Liam "I'm gonna try to get her to meet us somewhere"
Scott "Maybe that might not be the best idea"
Liam asked confused"Why? then we'll know who they are"
Scott nodded"and they'll now who we are"
Suddenly the phone started to ring.
Liam "answer it"
Scott "you're the one who wanted to make the call, you take it"
I rolled my eyes, got off the cabinet and took the phone. The ringing stopped. I pressed the recall button and put it on speaker.
Suddenly someone said "Beacon Hills High School. How can i-"
I broke the call.
Liam "it's someone at school"
Me "Maybe we know them"
Liam took the phone off my hands and put the voice mail back on.
Me "Liam?"

Scott "Liam "
Suddenly his head snapped to us "i think i know who it is"
At school.
I was sitting in the passenger seat of the Jeep. Scott in the driver seat and Liam in the back.
I raised an eyebrow "you sure it's Mrs. Finch?"
Liam nodded"it was her on the phone"
Scott "okay, well, that still doesn't proves that she's the Anuk-Ite or even that she's one of us"
Liam "it was still her"
Me "then we need to get closer. Maybe we can get her to expose her supernatural side"
Liam "how are we gonna do that?"
Scott looked at Liam"you"
Liam looked at me" Corina"
I laughed, shaking my head "hell no. So not happening. It's your turn Liam"
Liam "Well, what about the hunters, and the Nazi student brigade?"
Scott "We'll be right there with you. Just get close. Find out, and get out"
Liam sighed annoyed "but i hate biology"

I sighed "hand me my bag"
He gave me my back and i took one of dad's sensors out.
Scott's eyes widened "you carry that with you?"
I joked, smirking "yeah, you not?"

Scott and i were waiting outside of the class room. Scott held his ears shut meaning Liam turned the sensor on. Suddenly a girl ran out.
Me "Any reaction, Li?"
Liam "no. no reaction at all"
Scott sighed.
I raised an eyebrow "you hear that?"
Suddenly there was a shadow walking past the windows.
Scott "Liam"
Liam "what?"
Mrs. Finch "Three volunteers, please"
Scott "did Gabe get a text out?"
Liam "i don't know"
I could hear the door tattle. Scott and i hid behind the stair railing.
The door opened and Scott jumped up. It was only a worker. I rolled my eyes. The worker left.
Me "Liam, you better hurry up"
Scott "i think we're running out of chances"
I could hear her coughing. Then she sneezed.
I groaned annoyed"For fuck's sake"
Suddenly she called out the class dismissed. Everybody walked out except Liam.
I looked at Scott.
Mrs. Finch "i get it. I know what you're trying to do. "
Liam "you do?"
Mrs. Finch "You're upset and you wanna get back at me. "

Mrs. Finch" i stood by and did noting for what Gabe and Nolan did to you. I'm your teacher and i should have protected you. "
Liam "no, no, i mean yeah, but no, that's not why i'm here. I know about your pack"
Mrs. Finch laughed "my what?"

I took the phone out and walked into the classroom.
Scott called after me "Corina, don't"
Voicemail "Hey, it's me again.i, I don't know you can't seem to call me back. Maybe because you think your punishing me"
I turned it off and she looked at me shocked.
Me "Pretty sure that's your voice"
I threw the phone to her and she caught it.
Her eyes widened "Where did you get this?"
Mrs. Finch"I don't know what the Primal is. I don't know what an Anuk-a-whatever is. I-i was trying to call my daughter. Where did you get this?"
Liam "you said you were in a pack. That was you on the phone, that's what you said"
Mrs.Finch "and i don't know what business it is of yours, my personal life. I am the teacher, you are the student. I don't go digging into you personal life outside of these walls, you shouldn't be digging into mine"
Me "It's our business since it's including us, supernatural creatures. So ,tell us, did you reach any of them before they died?"
Her face turned shocked "what? what are you talking about?"
Scott said calmly"Well, Mrs. Finch i'm sorry, but your family, they were attacked, and they're dead "
Her voice cracked "dead? no they can't be dead because..they were just, they were......in the woods, they were just, they're hiding out. They're scared"
Scott "we found that phone on a body. Three men, two boys"
Mrs. Flinch "what about my daughter?"
Scott "Well, there was another body, but, uh.."
Mrs. Finch cracked out "but what?"
My throat felt dry "We couldn't identify it. The skin was striped down to the muscle. There was no DNA. Pack tattoo was still there"
Mrs. Finch shook her head "i'm sorry but this, um, no, this doesn't make sense. I mean, this isn't how biology works""
Liam "that's what the Anuk-Ite does. It finds a body and it takes its face. It takes the whole identity of that person. "
She shook her head sobbing "not my daughter. No. not my daughter"
Liam "there's a way to find out"
She shook her head "i won't do that"
Liam "just call her and tell her not to go anywhere near the school. Tell her that there's someone or something hunting for someone like her. "
Mrs. Finch "you have to stop talking about this"
Scott "if she shows up, at least you'll know what happened to your family, what happened to your daughter"
She shook her head.
Me "I'll do it for you"
She handed me the phone.
My jaw dropped.
Scott "What wrong?"
I looked at Mrs. Finch "that's you daughter's name?"
She looked at me.
Scott "Corina?"
I looked at him "It's Quinn"
He froze.
I called her.
Quinn "Mom?"
Me "Quinn, it's me, Corina."
Quinn "What are you doing on my mother's phone?"
Me "she's here with me and fine. We found something. Don't come near Beacon High. Something's there hunting people like us. It's not a good place for any of us"
Quinn "okay. bye, thanks"
I hung up and sat down on a table.
Mrs. Finch "what now?"
Me "now we wait"
Night.
We were still sitting in the classroom. Suddenly we could hear the front doors of the building got ripped open.
Mrs. Finch whispered "That's her, isn't it?"
Scott nodded.
She whispered "what are you planning out doing?"
Liam "shh"
Scott slowly walked to the door.
Mrs. Finch "you, you're not going to try to hurt her, are you? that's my daughter"
Me "if we have to then we will"
Scott "Just stay back. Liam, Cori?"
Liam "ready"
I nodded "i don't really have a choice"
Suddenly something got stabbed right through me and i fell to the ground. Scott and Liam hit the ground next to me.
Mrs. Finch ran out.
I shoved that thing out of me and ran out. Quinn was running out of the building.
Mrs. Finch was on the ground. Scott helped her sitting up.
Scott "go. I'll stay with her"
I shook my head "i-i can't"
Scott "Cori"
Me "What if i lose control, Scott?"
Scott pleaded "Cori, please"
I shook my head "Scott, please, don't make me do this"
Scott "take Liam with you"
I grabbed Liam's hand and we started to run.
Liam "i have her scent"
I nodded and we ran into the library. Quinn was standing there.
Liam and i stopped.
Aaron showed up behind her.
Liam shifted and growled.
He jumped over the table to them Quinn punched in his stomach throwing him at me. We fell to the ground.
I saw them kiss each other. Disgusting. Then they started to beat each other. Wait what?
Then Aaron broke her neck. She fell to the ground. he put a hand on her cheek and insects came out of her mouth crawling up his arm into his mouth. His eyes glowed violet.
Aaron started to turn. Violet smoke was surrounding him.
Suddenly i got pushed out of the library.
I asked surprised"Lydia?"
Lydia "we have to run"
She grabbed Liam's and Mine wrists and ran with us into the school building.
Liam "Quinn and Aaron merged, we have to stop them"
Lydia shook her head "you can't. You can't look at it. If you do, it'll kill you"
We kept running.
We turned around a corner and my jaw dropped. Two hunters were on the ground. Turned into stone.
Me "Is the Anuk-Ite some kind of Medusa or what?"
Liam "how do we fight something we can't look at?"
Lydia shook her head"i have no idea"
Scott and Malia walked to us.
Scott "we have to learn to fight without our eyes"
Malia "fight without seeing. that means.."
I sighed "Deucalion"

I walked out of my bathroom and into my bedroom. Theo stood there shirtless. And i was only in a towel with wet hair.
Me "I-am-sorry-I-"
Theo chuckled "oh come on, Corina, nothing you haven't seen before"
I rolled my eyes and walked closer to him.
Theo "how was your day?"
I sighed "Creepy as shit. I'm exhausted "
Theo chuckled "i can tell"
I nodded "i should probably go to bed"
Theo nodded "you should"

Theo "do you have any idea how frustrated you are making me?"
I raised an eyebrow smirking "sexually frustrated?"

I leaned in to kiss me. I smiled and kissed back. Thank god no one was interrupting. Theo put his arms around my waist pulling me closer.

Theo started to move us to the bed. I was laying underneath him. He slowly started to kiss down my jaw over to my neck. i et out a moan when he sucked on my sweet spot.
I started to giggle "giving me hickeys knowing they won't last 1 minute?"
Theo kissed my lip "it's about the smell. The others can smell me on you"
