A few days later. Night. In front of Eichen house.
Stiles and i got out of the Sheriff car. The Sheriff, Stiles and i were going to enter Eichen but we got stopped by Scott.
I sighed "Don't even try it"
Scott "Why didn't you tell me?"
Sheriff "because we wanted to avoid something like this"
Stiles "It's only for 72 hours"
Scott looked at me"Cori?"
Me "I nearly killed you and Derek because i couldn't keep it together, Scott"
Flashback:
Night. Derek's loft.
I walked inside but saw no one.
I looked around and heard someone behind me. I turned around and saw dead Derek and dead Scott.
I breathed out annoyed "aren't you getting tired of annoying the crap out of me?"
Derek crossed his arms over his chest "Turn it off and we're gonna let you in peace"
I raised an eyebrow "do i look like i would?"
Scott "Or we could easily make you"
He had an evil smirk on his dead face.
They turned and attacked me. I blocked them but Scott scratched my stomach and i fell back. I was on the ground. Derek was going to jump and punch me but i slipped back.
Scott kicked me against a post.
I got angry now and i shifted.
Then i speeded to Scott bit him and drank some of his blood till he was on his knees.
Derek pushed me off Scott. I sped to to a crowbar and impaled Derek with it. He fell to the ground coughing.
I growled "I'm not going to turn it off"
Derek "than you will have to kill us again"
Scott and dead Derek began to cough and i gave them a confused look.
Scott smirked and coughed "i told you that we'll get your emotions off either way"
Me "What the he-"
It went bright outside and i looked at the boys in front of me. They were both lying on the ground and didn't look dead.
My jaw dropped "Oh my god"
I speeded to Derek, pulled the crowbar out of him, bit in my wrist and fed him my blood till he healed. I did the same to Scott.
They stood up and looked at me with a shocked face "I'm so sorry"
Derek took a step to me and i stepped back.
I held my hand out "Don't"
Derek "Ba-"
I saw how much pain i brought them and it broke my heart. I speeded out and in the woods. After a while I rang on a door.
Sheriff Stilinski opened it. His eyes widened when he saw my state.
He asked shocked "What happened?"
I sobbed "Is Stiles here?"
He nodded and let me in.
Sheriff "he is in his room"
I nodded and walked to his room. I knocked.
Stiles "not now ,dad"
I just opened the door. He got angry and stood up but when he saw me his face softened.
Stiles "Co-"
I shook my head.
He nodded and took me in his arms. I began to cry hard.
I sobbed out "We h-ave to do s-something"
Stiles nodded "i know, I know"
Flashback end.
Scott "this is the place were Barrow came from, the guy who had a tumor with flies in it"
I sighed"Scott-"
Scott" what's with your family? Doesn't your dad have anything to say to this?"
I looked at the ground.
Scott "he doesn't know, does he?"
Nothing.
Scott "and Derek ?"
Nothing.
Scott "Corina!"
Me "What do you want me to say, Scott ?! i wouldn't be able to live with myself if i hurt you and him in any way. Hell i couldn't live with myself if i hurt any of my friends"
Scott "have you talked to him?"
I shook my head "No, not since that day"
Scott asked the Sheriff "why are you putting them in here?"
Stiles shook his head "he is not"
Me "after that day i went to Stiles and we made a decision"
Scott "I can't help either one of you if you are in there"
Stiles "and we can't hurt you"
Scott "Deaton got some ideas. Argent is calling people, we are gonna find something and if we can't.."
Stiles "If you can, you can do something for me, right? Make sure i never get out"
Sheriff "what about Corina?"
Stiles "Scott, promise me you'll help her through this"
He nodded.
Sheriff "come on"
We walked in and let Scott standing there alone. Stiles took my bag out of my hand and carried it for me.
We walked to the desk. It was creepy in here.
I walked closer next to Stiles.
Voice "Mr. Stilinski and Ms. Argent "
We looked at the way were the voice came from. It was the receptionist.
the women "this way please"
Stiles and i looked at the Sheriff. We walked into a office. The women handed us papers to sign.
Women "first 72 hours no phone calls, No E-Mails, no visitors. "
The Sheriff signed the papers for Stiles and me"i feel like we're forgetting something. "
The women gave us house shoes.
Women "you'll put those on, strings are not allowed in here. Has anyone of you two a belt on?"
Stiles nodded and took his belt off. The women took a box out.
Women "please empty your pockets in here"
I took my keys, money, phone and my Necklace off and put it in the box. I know that i had to take my ring off but i can't.
So i hid it in my bra.
It was dark outside so i wouldn't burn in the sun like a roast chicken. I looked at the Sheriff who was starting to freak out.
He stood up "Okay. You know what? stop. stop. enough. You two, get your stuff. I'm not gonna check you in here when you don't get one night of sleep. "
Stiles stood up "Dad. I haven't slept good in weeks, neither has Cori. "
Then Stiles hugged his dad.
I stayed quiet. Then they turned to me and Stiles smiled, held his arm out, i stood up and he and the Sheriff hugged me.
I could hear their blood pulsing through their veins and broke the hug.
Stiles looked like he understood but no one really understands what i'm going through.
Sheriff "stay safe"
Stiles and i nodded and walked away with the women.
We walked up the stairs, then she stopped and walked through the hallway.
She opened a door "Ms. Argent, you'll sleep here"
I nodded and walked in. I saw two beds and Malia was sitting on one of them.
My eyes widened and so did hers when she realized who i was.
I turned to the door but the woman closed it "The fuck?"
Malia "they lock the doors at night"
I looked at her and sat down on the bed across from her.
Malia "I remember you. Corina, right?"
I nodded.
Malia "You helped to turn me back"
I nodded.
Malia "Are you gonna stay silent or -"
Me "i can talk"
We looked at each other for a sec before starting to laugh.
Malia "i like you, you are funny"
Me "Do you have any friends here?"
Malia shook her head "sadly no but on the other side, they are all crazy "
Me "I'm only staying for 72 hours"
Malia "Okay. We should probably go to sleep"
I nodded and laid back.
Next day.
I felt my skin burning, i opened my eyes and saw my hand on fire, i yelled in pain.
My eyes went wide and i speeded in the corner. I began to heal.
I took my ring out of my bra and put it on my finger.
I looked at Malia whose jaw dropped "You don't wanna know"
She nodded.
Me "When are the-"
Then the door opened.
Malia "Now"
We walked outside.
I tried to hear Stiles voice but i couldn't find him. I bumped into someone.
Me "Look where you're going, asshole"
Stiles "Calm down, princess"
I looked up and saw Stiles.
Me "Sorry, i didn't know that it was you"
Stiles "i get to hear that a lot ."
Me "How was your first night?"
Stiles "I couldn't sleep without my pillow. yours?"
I mocked him"aw couldn't little Stiles sleep without his pillow?"
He rolled his eyes.
Me "I slept fine but i hate this place"
Stiles "Do you miss him?"
I sighed, nodding "Yeah but i don't know if he still wants to see me after everything i did"
Stiles "Believe me if i say that Derek Hale is in love with you"
I grinned"I can't believe you just said that"
Stiles "neither can i"
We began to laugh.
Stiles "I see you aren't burning"
Me "i hid it in my bra last night"
Stiles "Girls and thei-"
But before he could finish his gaze fell on Malia next to me.
Stiles "You remember me? I'm friends with Scott. Remember we helped you out-"
She pushed him and he fell to the ground.
A guard "Hey! Malia"
He held her back before she could beat the crap out of Stiles.
The other guard held Stiles down.
Stiles said shocked "What!She hit me"
Guard "one more thing like that, Malia, and you'll hit the closed unit"
Stiles "Wait! Wait! Stop i didn't do anything"
An other guard came and they took Malia away.
I looked at Stiles down and saw something. The floor had holes in it and it looked like the ones i saw when i sleepwalked.
We heard a voice "Enough!"
The guard let go of Stiles and i helped him up.
I looked at the person and it was Ms. Morell. Stiles' and i my jaw dropped. Morell stepped in front of us.
Morell "You two saw something, didn't you?"
I froze "The basement"
Stiles "we've been down there before"

We sat in a circle. In some room. I sat next to Stiles and Malia across from us. Morell was talking about some crap, I tried to listen but i couldn't.
I hadn't had blood since the day i nearly killed Scott and Derek. Stiles looked at me and then he turned his head behind us and looked at a worker.
I looked at the worker but it wasn't a worker, it was the 'thing' we saw the other day in the basement. The nogitsune.
It looked at us and we quickly saw away. I don't know what came into me but i could feel myself shifting. I looked at Stiles and saw that the veins on his neck were red.
Morell "I'm sorry, everyone, we need to take a break."
She stood up and looked at us.
Morell "Stiles, Corina, come with me. I'd like to talk to you for a minute"
Stiles saw my eyes and laid and arm around my shoulders and we walked with Morell into he office.
She took a blood bag out and hand it to me. I took it and drank it all out. I didn't listen to what Morell and Stiles were talking about. I started to listen when she walked to a shelf.
Me "I have a question. How is it possible that you are everywhere we are?"
She ignored me.
Morell "When the mark is fading, the nogitsune will be able to return"
She handed Stiles a little box with pills.
Stiles "What are these? Sleeping pills?"
Morell "Amphetamins. Sleeping is exactly what you don't wanna do. You are helpless when you are asleep."
Stiles "so all i have to do is stay awake?"
Morell nodded "for now. If your friends haven't figured out something that will help you by the time the marks are gone, I'll come find you"
Me "For what?"
Morell "To give you an injection to paralyze you"
Stiles "That sounds a lot like death. "
Morell nodded "Maybe. "
Stiles "so if the nogitsune takes over, you'll gonna kill me?"
Morell "I'm gonna do what i've always done. maintain the balance."
Me "But why can i see the nogitsune? Stiles is his case not me"
Morell "You'll find out soon"
Stiles and i started to walk out.
Stiles "Thanks for the drugs"
Morell "Stiles! Stay awake"
