Dome's P. O. V

I wake up with a new hopes...

My head hurts and its little dizzy also

I took my bath and left for hospital without looking at the photo which was in my hand....

I don't want to see otherwise I'll cry for sure in the early morning...

"Dr. Dome"     I heard a lot of commotion..

"yes"       I answered to a nurse...

"dome "    I turned when I heard a very soft and tender voice...

A saw a little boy around 5 maybe...

He was softly mumbling my name

"hi.. Little champ "          I talked to him while bending on my knees to meet his level....

He didn't say anything but stare in my eyes....

I did same but I see hurt in his eyes... He was looking week...  I slowly roam my eyes at his face and body...

He was pale,  his lips were too dry...

"doctor he's soan "    nurse answered my unspoken question .

I was still examining him when he suddenly coughed....

I patted his back to make him feel better but it make me stund .....

Blood came out from his mouth...

I hurriedly look at the nurse and she said

"he have blood cancer doctor but good thing is he is still on second stage we can cure him but "...

She don't need to say much I know that we don't have those medical facility which are present....

"dome"     the kid soan again mumble my name...

It made me feel something.... He looked at me...

Something in his eyes made me feel regret...

It's like he was asking me to save him but I can't.....

I dropped my gaze and tried to get up and ignore this case like others which we know we can't handle...

But he grabbed my arm.....

"dome.................save............ Soan"

My heart hurts.... I can't do this.. I still remember my pledge when I  wore this white coat for the first time........

I don't want to break his heart but I can't even save him.......

I nodded and without looking at soan I walked to my favorite place....

I sat down under the same mango tree...

And buried my face on my knees...

I don't know for how long I was still.... When I felt a hand on my back....

I looked up to smile bitterly to p luv

"so "     said p'luv while taking his seat beside me...

I didn't say anything because I don't have words...
