'Ginger,' a familiar voice said clicking his fingers in front of the ginger girls face,

'Oi Sirius be nice,' asked a second voice,

' Evans, you good?' Asked a final voice as Lily shifted and sat up. She was in a ball at the edge of the sofa with her tea and saucer still in hand, Loz was on the armchair with his drink on the table,

'Should I ask?' Sirius said hinting as lily's face screwed up,

'Ew no. He's a third-year,' she said as James nodded his head smiling slightly, 'what time is it?'

'7.30, we have McGonagall in an hour,' Remus said as James nudged loz,

'oi pigeon get to class,' he said as loz sat up,

'I'm not a pigeon,' he said half-laughing whilst rubbing his eyes as he got up and left for his dorm,

'You sure you're alright Evans?' James asked as lily smiled, she had debated telling him, but she thought against it,

'Yes, brilliant,' she said as she jumped up and walked to the staircase, 'thanks for waking me,' she said as she walked upstairs,

'That one a weird one,' Sirius said as James tutted,

'That's your future sister-in-law you're talking about there,' he said as they began walking out the room,

'Regulus and her aren't getting married,' Remus said, Sirius scowling quietly at his brother's name,

'I'm the brother dumbass. Honestly,' James said as the three of them walked to the great hall.

The great hall was bustling with chatter. Marlene, Mary, Emmilence and Alice were already sitting at the Gryffindor table as the boys entered. It was only really the first and last dinner of Hogwarts where you had to sit with your houses. During the year they didn't care as much. It was very common for the two girls to be sat with the Gryffindors.

'Why do I feel like we forget something,' Sirius asked as he took a seat opposite Marlene,

'Don't be ridiculous we didn't forget anything,' Remus said as Mary looked up,

'You forgot Peter,' She said as Remus turned a shade of red very quickly,

'Of course we didn't,' James said with a feeling of guilt in his stomach, 'He was still asleep,' he finished as Lily entered with Peter and joined them at the table,

'See his awake now,' James said as Peter smiled taking a croissant on to his plate,

Professor McGonagall entered the hall after the two and walked along the Gryffindor table until she got to the group,

'Your timetables, Miss Macdonald professor Sprout has yours and Miss Vance, professor Sinista has yours,' McGonagall said as she passed the other Gryffindors their timetables,

'Transfiguration then double potions, That's bloody awful,' Peter whined as McGonagall turned to him with a thinning mouth,

'Don't disrespect min min like that,' he said reaching for his wand as McGonagall ushered for him to sit down,

'No, I meant there are difficult subjects. I'm not good at either and we will get lots of Homework,' peter added going pink.

'Don't put yourself down, just try your hardest and you'll do well,' Professor McGonagall said as Peter gulped
