10 days until my birthday!! haha anyways... so i know i said i would take a break BUT I JUST COULDN'T HELP IT, like i have nothing better to do at night so i just do it. i know i should take a break like people have been saying, but i'm just so fascinated by shifting that i have to do it whenever i can.
so i think i might start doing sleep methods from now on. whenever i see someone on tiktok who has shifted, majority says they do the raven method. i know methods work differently for everyone, but i remember the first time i ever tried shifting, the raven method was the only time i felt like i was floating. the problem was i wasn't able to fall asleep, but i'm getting better at doing that now.
so i said an affirmation after every number from 1-100 in starfish position. i got some minor symptoms but i after counting i felt like REALLY large jerks. i also could've sworn i saw hermione, but it was weird. it was the same way i saw cedric a few attempts ago, it was like an image of them. i think i opened my eyes though because my feet were super uncomfortable under the sheets.
