so last night was a harvest moon or something, and apparently celestial events are good times to shift, manifest, etc. because you can draw power. i was upset when i wasn't able to shift because my family was TOO DAMN LOUD. i was feeling really sleepy around 10 so i'm assuming the day-time meditation i did really helped (this was before i did my before-sleeping meditation). but apparently on the 16th there's a super moon and on the 31st there a blue moon (which is really rare!), so i'm not giving up quite yet!

i've been trying to shift every night and i think i need to take a little break. it's also nice to just try and get a good night's sleep (haven't had that in a while) so i'm not going to try and shift tonight (or maybe i might if i get bored which is what usually ends up happening).

here is some information i gathered on why you might not be shifting:

-you're doubting yourself

-you're not focusing hard enough

-you're dehydrated (not a big deal)

-you're drained from trying too often

-you're too excited (be calm)

-you're surrounding yourself with negative people and thoughts
