so i tried shifting last night and it didn't work, i don't think i did it for that long though. i also didn't meditate, reread my script, or do any of that stuff so that could be a reason why i didn't. i used the piano method and i felt some signs but after i was done, nothing else happened.
i'm not sure when i'll be trying again, we'll see though. the problem is i really want to shift before my birthday (december 23rd) because i want to shift and be the same age as i am now (13), so if i do it after my birthday then it's a whole year wasted.
