i played my subliminal while reading my script, and i meditated for around 5 minutes. after that i started the julia method.
so my left foot got numb again like in the very beginning, and as i was finishing counting MY DAD CAME IN MY ROOM HFRWVIJODWVJI my covers were off, my pillows were on the floor, and i was in the starfish position. i got mad at him but i was also so embarrassed because he started laughing at me rhwvijroke ugh.
so i had to restart and after i pretty much did the method, i opened my eyes because i felt like tonight wasn't the night. that's like a super bad reason but i don't think i was "in" it enough. i'll try the julia method a few more times and we'll see how it goes.
