hello everyone, and happy new year!
i wanted to start off this year with some shifting! i havent been trying for a while but i recently got the sudden urge to get back into it again. and ive been getting so many shifting tiktoks it almost feels like a sign.
last night i tried the void method. i went over my script, meditate for like 2-3 minutes, then went in with the method. ill be trying this method again tonight, and ill be sure to update (if i remember to, haha).
