hey! so i thought i would share the shifting routine i would do today. i will update you all on my attempt tomorrow back here, so come back and expect updates around 8:30 am pst. so i just took a nice, clean shower and did a 5 minute guided meditation for positive energy. i am about to do some homework while listening to a harry potter subliminal. i am going to fit some time in to listen to some harry potter related music as well, maybe when i'm reading a draco fanfic (if i have time hehe). i think tonight before i go to bed i will do another meditation, read my script, and read a little bit to get me relaxed. tonight i might try the raven method if i am sleepy enough but i'll let you know what i did. you and i will shift tonight! <3

ok so i'm going to start off with how i changed my routine a little bit. i wasn't able to fit in time to read a draco fanfic or listen to harry potter related musics, but those weren't key parts so i guess it's fine. alright so let's start! i did the julia method and today my parents were quiet because they just stayed upstairs, but during the counting part, i think my mom dropped something big because there was this loud bang and then they had a quick argument. i didn't stop though. ok i still have no idea what is going on with this bird chirping thing but i heard it when i was ABOUT to shift, i didn't even start yet. and let's also not forget i scripted to hear seagulls, not little birds. okay so then i started hearing waves which i had scripted to hear. i had no idea what i was hearing at first but then i realized they were waves and i was like omg omg omg. i sorta felt my surroundings change and i go a BUNCH of signs, especially during the end. my heart was racing really fast but i told myself to stay calm. i scripted that when i was in my dr i would hear a knock on my door so i just kept waiting and waiting and waiting, but still no knock. and thennnnn i heard a police siren and i opened my eyes, pretty much giving up because that was a sign i was still in my cr. i thought i had gotten close but i guess not. ok so after i decided i would like, sleep in a comfortable position and just count to 100, say affirmations, and visualize because apparently some people have shifted that way. so i did, and then i heard the wind blowing. and then i realized how similar that sound was to the "waves" i had heard earlier that night. i still don't know if last night i had heard waves or the wind. i did feel sort of close last night and i would like to think that i heard the waves. i'm not sure if i will try and shift tonight because then it will be my third time in a row (i've learned not to obsess as much and take breaks) but i'll let you know. thank you for reading my story and come back for my updates on my shifting journey!<3

update: so um yea it was definitely the wind because everyone was talking about how unusually windy it was last night. i also think the birds chirping is either in my head or it's just from my cr. it's okay though! i will go home soon :))
