hello hello everybody! i am so sorry, it really has been a while since i last updated this journal. to be honest, i havent tried shifting in a while. things arent going too well for me right now and ive been super busy, therefore not being able to make any time for shifting. but just because im like this, doesnt mean you have to be! please please PLEASE keep trying. dont give up, everyone in your dr is counting on you!
once things get better at home i will definitely put shifting back on my priority list, but for right now i wont be updating in a while. i am so sorry if i let you down, but please know that i am only taking a temporary break, and i wont be gone forever. i just thought i would write this to motivate you all and to update my shifting progress (which doesnt happen to be much lol).
