Diyoza's words replayed in his head, and it was true. He had been changing himself to be better for Raven, or so he thought. But all this time without being around her just brought him back to the same boy he was with Lexa. He hasn't seen Raven all day, but truthfully the only reason he hasn't seen her was that he was afraid.

No matter what he could do, he would always be Alexander Kom Trikru, the boy who didn't know how to control himself.

"Alex, you need to come." Echo said as she sat on the ground next to the boy. "Raven needs you right now, and I still haven't told her you were here."

Alexander looked up at the girl. "What happened to her?"

"I ratted out her friend who was helping us to get the hard drive working," Echo explained. "And now Shaw is—"

"Did you say Shaw? he knows Raven?" Alexander interrupted

Echo nodded. "I guess they got close while Raven was here, I—I don't understand why that's important."

"He beat me to the pulp that day Bellamy came to get me and Clarke when I was thrown into the cell he beat me, and no one knew," The boy explained. "now usually I wouldn't care, but he threatened Madi, us all."

"Well, it's good to know you're on my side then,"

"What do you mean?"

"We need to kill Shaw."

Those words caught Alexander's attention. He slowly looked up at her and nodded. "Let's kill him."

Echo smiled. "How much I missed us teaming up to kill people,"

"Shut up," Alexander chuckled the boy looked up and his eyes landed on Raven. "where is she going?"

Echo followed his gaze. "I-i don't know? I think she's going to Abby." she paused before looking at him. "Why won't you go see her? it's been a day since we've arrived."

"There's nothing to say to her," Alexander shrugged. "I'm not the same man from six years ago. I'm just not the same."

"None of us are," Echo instantly responded as she took ahold of his hands "And I don't think Raven would care or love you any less."

"She will when we kill Shaw."

"We have to do what we have to do to save our people, Alex."

"The same people that want nothing to do with us?" Alexander snorted. "Those aren't my people, not anymore. It's Octavia's people, not mine, not anymore. She banished you, and she was willing to risk her like for power. She's falling down the same path we all did, and I'm not sure I'll be able to help her."

"You can't save everyone, Alex." Echo huffed out. "If this is Octavia's fate then let it be so. But don't put this pressure on yourself. Go see your girl."

Alexander huffed before standing onto his feet, he walked through the doors of the cabin and his eyes landed on Raven who was laying down with her back faced to him. The boy slowly walked up towards her and put his hands on her shoulder. Raven thinking it was Echo put her hands on top of his.

"Reyes,"

Raven slowly turned around, her teary eyes locked with his. Her face lights up and she jumped into his arms. "Wha—how are you here?"

"It's a long story, but that doesn't matter," He said as he held onto her tightly. "I'm here. I missed you so much." he breathed out as he pulled away from the hug and wiped her tears off her face.

"Hey, did he hurt you?"

Alexander looked up and his eyes fell onto Shaw who was beaten badly. The boy couldn't help but clench his fist up, "Do you mind? I was talking to her."

Shaw narrowed his eyes. "what are you doing here?"

"Ask another question and I'll hurt you," Alexander spat out in annoyance.

"How bout you do it," Shaw said as he faced the boy. Alexander stood up and the two boys now face to face. Shaw couldn't help but chuckle. "She told me all about you, how you're a monster, a killer, just as bad as your sister," Shaw whispered.

Alexander's blood boiled, that's when he took a swing on shaw and the two broke out into a fight. Alexander was beating the boy worse than he did with Bellamy that one night. After a whole minute, the guards pulled the two apart. Alexander glanced at Raven and noticed the look of disappointment on her face and he watched as she held onto Shaw.

All the boy could do was let out a sigh, as he walked out of the room, He passed by Echo and the girl had a look on her face that showed she felt bad, but she let him walk out.

Once the boy reached the outside his eyes landed on the screaming crowd, he walked up towards them, and in the middle was John and Emori. John stood up from his feet and smiled as he pulled the boy into a hug.

"Murphy, what the hell are you doing here?"

"I came to save you all."

Alexander backed up from the hug and smirked. He felt a stare on him and once he turned his eyes met Shaw's.

There was nothing more Alexander wanted to do except to kill the boy and have everything got back to normal.

But he knew it wouldn't be that simple. Especially now during war.

This chapter was a bit messy and short just because I didn't know where to put Alex, and how he'd possibly fit into the last few episodes. But this chapter isn't completely useless because it leads up to something that'll happen in the future :)
