YOU SEND DRACO BACK TO HIS dorm so you can spend the night apart to think about how you both want to go forward, and you knew you would only end up spending the night naked in bed, and neither of you had any vials left.

The next morning you wake to a knock on the door. "Come in." You groggily shout from your bed as you stretch your arms out and yawn.

"Hey sleeping beauty." Theo is stood in the doorway.

You laugh, shaking your head. "Good morning Theo. How are you?"

"I'm good thank you, and you?" He comes in the room and shuts the door behind him, sitting on the edge of your bed. You sit up, keeping the covers on you from the waist down, you're wearing one of Draco's t shirts. He looks down and notices this as his expression turns slightly cold.

"I heard you banging on Draco's dorm last night." He looks at you now, why did you feel guilty? You hadn't done anything wrong, had you?

"Yeah, I um. I had to speak to him about something." You tuck your hair behind your ear and look down, fidgeting with your ring to avoid his gaze.

"Are you getting back together with him?" He looks at you with puppy dog eyes, as you feel a weight dragging your heart down into the pit of your stomach.

"Well yeah, we want to, or at least I know I do. We just decided to spend last night apart so we could think about things." He looks deflated. "I'm sorry if I gave you the wrong impression of if you think I led you on or anything... But I thought you understood that we are just friends."

He stands up from the bed in frustration, "I know! That's the problem! You deserve so much better than him, Bec. You're so beautiful, and smart, and your soul is so good and pure." He cradles one hand in the other, as if pleading with you

"Theo, I..."

"No, it's okay. Just, stop. You don't have to explain yourself. You can make your own decisions. And, as much as I don't want to be, I'll always be here if you need me."

You stand up out of bed and walk over to him, throwing your arms around his neck and bringing him into a hug. "Thank you, Theo. For everything."

He pulls away and nods, his head hanging and his hands still lingering on your waist. "I should go." He reluctantly lets go of you and walks towards the door, opening it to see Draco standing on the other side.

You glance between the two of them. You still didn't know what they spoke about the other day. Much to your surprise, Draco extends his hand to Theo. "Morning, Nott." Theo grabs his hand and pulls him into a one arm hug.

"Alright, mate" he pulls away from Draco now, "I'm just leaving. I'll catch up with you both later." He walks out the door but stops to look you up and down. "See you around, Havelock."

"Bye, Theo." You bite your lip nervously.

Draco moves out the way, allowing Theo to pass him as they nod heads at each other. You take in the sight of Draco, he was wearing his school robes, his white blonde hair pushed back from his face. You look at the silver rings wrapped around his fingers, just the sight of them spiked your heart rate as you longed to have them pushed against your throat.
