Eilijah POV

I'm in the tree I have been coming to for amost a year now when Jay comes out with another figure beside him.

"Eilijah, come please" Jay pleads.

I wait a minute then read his thoughts, "Please, Els come out she... I couldn't stop her."

I got up and swiftly jump to the ground and walked out at a normal human speed.

When I get over there I see that is just Kathleen, his mother.

"Hi, Kat" I said with a small wave.

"Oh, Ellie, where have you been" She asked hugging me.

"Oh you know looking for my father" I said with a fake smile.

"Now, now, what are you hiding child" She questions me know if me all to well.

"How about we sit and warm up" I suggested.

"Oh yes lovely idea" Kat said.

Jay and I walk over to our spot in the clearing with Kat following.

We sit down, but Kat looks confused.

"Who's going to get the wood" She asks.

"Just sit mom, you'll see" Jay said.

She say down slowly not trusting us.

I take my hand and run it over the black circle in between us.

Kay gasped, "Are you like them is that why you left?"

I knew this would happen so I said, "To who are you referring to."

"Witches" She said looking at my hands.

"No I'm a vampire with abilities" I said she looked horrified.

"Well half vampire anyway" Jay said truthfully.

Kat looked confused now.

"I can heal from anything and the venom of the vampire was treated like a toxin but it adapted because the person who turned me while trying she killed me several times and my body adapted to it and I'm now half vampire, half human" I explained to her.

"Your father" She questioned.

"A vampire as well, I followed him and the others that night" I said looking down.

"How long have you been like this" She asked confused on how to explain what I am.

"Since 4 days after my birthday" I said.

"What else can you do" She asked.

I smiled, "Where do you want to go"

"Paris, France just for a bit" She said after a bit of thought.

I held my hand out to her and Jay.

Jay immediately grabbed my hand while Kay was a bit more hesitant to.

When she took my hand I teleported to Paris.

"So cool, can we go back now" She asked.

I nodded and held out my hand yet again for her to take.

This time she did immediately and I teleported back to our little town in England.

We talked for hours I showed her what else I could and for the copying part of abilities I explained what it was.

"So let me get this straight you can control elements, teleport, read minds , heal yourself, and copy the power of another supernatural creature by looking at them?" Kat recapped.
