Call to Action is important, words are a waste of time if your actions can't prove your work. In the long run, the best proof of a good character is good actions.
If you say something and back it up with your actions, you will provide the 'proof' for people who are listening to you; and they will much more willingly follow your lead. Saying it is one thing but proving it is another; do the uncomfortable tasks first. Your success in life isn't based on your abilities to simply change, it is based on your ability to change faster than your competition and business.
Always remember "trust is earned when actions meet words"
You can't change the direction of the wind but you can always adjust the sail in order to reach your destination. People may not always tell you how they feel about you but their actions will speak for themselves; pay attention. You control your life by the remote of your actions, with every action the screen of your life changes till you get turned to the best station of your life.
