Ch. 7 Sorrow and Regret

After everyone calmed down, Principal Nedzu was searching through the bag of CDs to see if he can find anything interesting. At the same time, he was listening on the conversations that were going on. More particularly the one that included a few questioning kid and Mrs. Midoriya.

Ochako: Mrs. Midoriya you are such a good mom to Deku!

Aoyama: Oui! A mother who shines bright as the sun!

Inko: Thank you all very much for your kind words.

Sero: If you don't mind me asking ma'am. Did Midoriya ever have a good relationship with his dad in any way?

This caused Inko to frown and getting Sero punched on the shoulder by Bakugou.

Sero: Ow!!

Bakugou: YOU ASK TOO MANY DAMN QUESTIONS!!!

Inko: Nono its fine. To be honest. His father, though he did cheat, was still trying to be a good father. The only thing was he was a drug addict. He was on heroin and pain killers. It was went on for years until he finally overdosed when Izuku was 6. He never really talked about it. Even to the point that he would change the subject or won't talk all together.
(Face with frown)

Everyone had a worried look on their faces. Nedzu listening to everything happen to stumble upon a CD with a title and name a name on it.

Nedzu: Mrs. Midoriya, what is the name of your sons father.

Inko: His name was Hisashi Midoriya.

Nedzu: *pulling out CD* I think I might have the answer you've been looking for. It's titled How could you Leave Us  : Hisashi Midoriya.

Everyone went quiet. For some reason, it felt like the situation was more serious than they thought. There was still silence until Inko spoke up.

Inko:(with a determined look) can you please play it for me?

Nedzu: Of course ma'am. *puts in CD*
