I shook my head yes at her. I dont know why i was reacting like this. I mentally slapped myself for the way i was acting. I was bringing her mood down and that was the last thing i wanted to do. I always want to see her happy. I want to be the one that makes her happy.

'You can do it Ryan. Just close your eyes and take smooth deep breaths. You can do this, I know you can' I jumped a little at the voice in my head. I peeped over at Kat and saw her watching me then nod her head a little to encourage me.

'Thanks. Your a really great best friend.' I did exactly as she said then stood up and faced my fears. I turned slowly to see the three of them watching me.

"Christina, do you love me" I asked. I watched the confused look cross her face before her lips pursed in a really cute way.

"Uhm yes I love you Ryan. What are you doing?"

"And you want to spend the rest of your life with me right?"

"Yes. I don't understand. Why are you asking me this if you already know the answer?" She asked cursiously.

"Because I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Christina I love you and I always will. Your beautiful, smart, sassy, mean sometimes but in a really sexy way and confident. You dont care what other people think and that's why I loved you from day one. I dont want to spend another minute without you by my side because if your not there, i'm afraid something might happen. When i'm with you, I feel so alive inside and it's because of you. It's because i wake up and see your beautiful face in the mornings and just holding you is like i'm in heaven. I never want it to end. I want to be the one to protect you and protect our family. I'm an addict and your my addiction. Now with that said." I took a deep breath, pulled out the box with the ring and got down one knee.

"Christina Arendt, will you .."

Chris POV

"Marry me?" He opened the little velvet box and inside was the most beautiful ring i'v ever seen. I covered my mouth with my hand as the tears streamed down my face. I couldn't control them anymore.

"Hell yeah i'd marry you" I choked out. I shot up from my chair and hugged him. At that second, a bunch of applause were being heard all around us. I removed my head from Ryan's shoulder and looked around me. People were smiling and clapping at us. I recognized a few people from the pack and others were strangers.

Ryan released me to walk over to Kat.

"Thank You so much Kat." He pulled her into a bone crushing hug. And then something clicked in my head.

"You did this" I said walking over to her who was smiling from ear to ear.

"Yeah. If it wasn't for me, he wouldn't have had the courage to do it today. He would have put it off for as long as he could. Congragulations." I pushed Ryan away from Kat and went to hug my best friend.

"I love you so much Katherine Evans. You have stuck by me throughout all of my sh*t and I really appreciate you for that. I love how you just don't care about what other people think about you. You do you and that's what I loved the first moment I saw you. Even if you were being bullied, you didn't care. You didn't let that stop you. I love that you tend to care about everyone else before yourself Katherine. Not to many people are like that. A while back, people wouldn't even talk to me because of my attitude but you did. And I love you for that."

"I love you too Chris but you need to stop crying. We can talk about this later, on another day." She wiped her eyes with A napkin before I picked one up and did the same. I opened my eyes when i heard her laughing.

"What" I asked. When she didnt say anything i turned to face Ryan and Blake who were both trying to hide there grins. "What" I said a little louder.
