I nodded slightly.
"Did you tell me that before?"
I asked.

He shook his head.
"No, you didn't ask,"
He said.

"How rude of me!"
I said and he chuckled.

Then, we talked on and on about Lucas and Yuugo...

maybe kissed a bit,

Zack walked over to me.
"How'd work go?"
He asked, handing me my lunch.

"It went good! Nothing major,"
I said with a smile.

He leaned on the desk and nodded.
"Fun fun,"
He said, which sounded sarcastic.

I laughed and started getting my lunch out.

"I made it, so you better like it,"
He said with a smile.

"Aww for me? How sincere,"
I said, taking out the container of kimichi.

"Thanks,"
I told him with a smile.

"You're welcome,"
He said.

"But I don't want a simple thank you,"
He told me.

"A hug?"
I asked, tilting my head.

"Ehhhh no,"
He said.

"A kiss?"
I asked.

"Yes-"
I cut him off
"On the cheek,"
I said with a smirk.

"Nooo,"
He pouted.

"Then a hug,"
I said.

"Fine,"
He agreed to the kiss on a cheek.

I leaned up but before my lips could meet his cheek, he moved and kissed me softly.

Zack may look like an intimidating person, who wouldn't hesitate to kill you, but in reality, he was a sweetheart.

I kissed him back, wrapping my arms around him.

but then,,,
he had to leave.

"You have to go?"
I asked, trying my best to not cry.

"Yeah... I'm sorry, Y/n,"
he muttered softly, hugging me.

I didn't respond as I hugged him back, frowning as I hid my face in his chest.

"Y/n, you'll be all riiiiight. I'll be back soon,"
he told me.

"No you won't,"
I grumbled.

"I'll call you as much as I can,"
he promised.

"All right..."
I sighed.

He gave me a bright smile before he unexpectedly connected our lips, holding me close.
Although surprised at the it being so sudden, I kissed him back.

"I'll be back for you,"
He told me with a chuckle, kissing my forehead.

"Bye, Zack,"
I murmured.

"Byeeeeee!!"
Everyone said, Carol, Nigel, and Gillain hugged him, making him stumble.
