Her POV
"Girl what on earth did you say to Jacob?" Tanong ni Em-em saakin.
"Em, he confessed." Sabi ko sa kanya.
She paused for awhile.
"I know you love Sejun, pero ano bang sinabi mo dito? Umiinom ngayon eh bukambibig ka."
I somehow felt guilty by that.
"I just told him the truth Em, na si Sejun lang mahal ko." At kinuwento pa yung palitan ng salita namin ni Jacob.
She sighed after hearing what happened.
"Di mo ba siya pupuntahan dito?"
"I'm sorry Em." Nasabi ko lang and ended the call.
Am I just too mean?
Ayaw kong puntahan si Jacob, not because I didn't care about him.
But because ayaw kong bigyan siya ng malisya na kapag pumunta ako dun. I want him to move on from me.
Sounds cruel I know.
A month had passed and Jacob isn't texting or calling me.
I didn't also bother to communicate with him, I respect his way of moving on.
My phone beeped as it says I had one unread message.
From: Sejun
Where are you now Marie?
To: Sejun
Mall lang may binibili why?
Hindi na siya nagreply after that. -___- Typical of him. Minsan meron minsan wala parang engot.
Nasa second floor ako and saw downstairs na parang may event.
"Excuse me po, ano pong meron sa baba?" I asked someone.
"Di ko din alam eh wala namang sinabi sa official page ng mall or what." Sagot niya saakin, I just nodded and aalis na sana when I heard someone tapping the microphone.
"Mic Test. 1, 2, 3. You know who it is."
Damn. I know that voice.
Napalingon ako agad and our eyes met.
Wait how did he knew nandito ako?
I mean at this specific place?
He smiled. His usual eye smile.
"I don't know if you know me but.." Panimula niya and nagsigawan na yong paligid.
A lot of people suddenly ran their way papunta sa mga nakaharang na metal para makakita ng malapitan sa kanya.
I also suddenly felt squished here dahil nasa pinakaunahan ako dito sa second floor.
"KYAAAAA!!!"
"HOY SI SEJUN!"
"TEKA SURPRISE TO AH OMG!"
"I'm Sejun of SB19." Pakilala niya at nag sigawan ulit and tulakan.
"Guys, be careful, ayaw kong may masaktan sainyo."
Sabi niya while looking at me.
"I want to publicly confess and ask." Bigla niyang sabi and he smiled.
Grabe nakaka mesmerize yung smile niya sobra, and he stared at me.
He started strumming the guitar that I gave him.
