Present time
Kashi's eyes widened as he observed his surroundings. He was suspended in white space as far as the eyes could see. Suddenly, a few meters away, a light ripple distorted some of the area. Mato Suzuki stepped out of the distortion and made his way towards the daeben, eyes expressionless.
"This makes it the third time I've been brought here," Suzuki said as he drew closer.
Kashi involuntarily took a step back, but then caught himself and held his ground. "So, what are you going to do?"
