It's been a year since Jimin's nightmare happened. A whole year of him struggling and missing Jungkook. He misses his presence, he misses his voice, he misses his embrace that would never fail to calm him down.
Jimin looked at the ring on his finger that his boyfriend made him kept. Tears started to form in his little eyes. Just as he was about to have another breakdown, there was a knock on the door.
Jimin ignored it at first but the knocking wouldn't stop. He wiped his tears and made his way to the front door with a baseball bat.
The brown-haired male gripped on the doorknob and slowly opened the door. He felt his heart stop as he saw his boyfriend, Jungkook, standing infront of him with a smile.
The couple didn't wasted any time to hug eachother tightly, feeling eachother's embrace once again.
Jimin buried his face on Jungkook's chest, crying really hard because his wish finally came true. Jungkook couldn't help but also tear up, seeing his precious boyfriend once again.
"J-Jungkook.. y-you're finally h-home.."
"Baby, i p-promised.. remember?"
The taller lifted the smaller's face, wiping his tears which was streaming down his squishy cheeks non-stop.
"W-What happened? H-How?"
"Ofcourse the Jeon Jungkook beated them all up when the right time came~ and the other five helped me. They agreed to give me some clothes before coming here. I wanted to look handsome for my precious baby."
Jungkook smiled and leaned down to kiss Jimin's plump lips. They both kissed for a few moments, not pulling away from eachothers embrace.
"Y-You always look handsome for me, Kook~" Jimin stated with an eyesmile. Jungkook missed Jimin's eyesmile so much, it never failed to make his heart flutter.
"I l-love you so much Jungkook."
"I love you so much too baby."
They flashed eachother a wild smile before hugging eachother tightly again. Jungkook reached for Jimin's left hand, intertwining their fingers but he stopped.
The black-haired male noticed the ring Jimin was wearing. It was the ring Jungkook gave him, exactly a year ago. The taller couldn't help but smile. That ring was actually for his proposal to Jimin, but their nightmare happened.
Jimin looked up to meet Jungkook's eyes - his smile was wide.
"What is it Kook?~"
"You're wearing the ring i gave you baby~" Jungkook caressed Jimin's cheek gently as the younger nodded.
"You told me to keep it, so i did."
"So you've been my fiancè for a year now. Let's keep it that way until we get married then baby."
Jimin's eyes widen. He didn't thought that this was actually an engagement ring. He just thought that this was a way for him to remember Jungkook while he wasn't there with him.
"I love you so much Park Jimin. I promise, nothing will seperate us again baby."
"I love you so much too jagi."
They both flashed eachother a smile and stayed in eachother's embrace.
"Til death do us part."
