Kris looked at Kai who's now blankly staring at nowhere in front of the window on his room. He's been like this since it happened. He can't accept the fact that his love let him go already.

Kai noticed Kris outside his room peeking at him and he looked at him with a smile on his face. A fake smile, in fact.

"I'm still full. I'll just eat later."

Then Kai went to his business there and stared at nowhere again. Kris sighed in disbelief. His nephew has been like this since D.O left Kai the moment Krystal came, which happened two weeks ago. He can't blame Kai, he loves D.O so much. So much that he's willing to give his own life for his one and only.

Kris went to the dining room and sat beside Tao. Kris looked at Tao with a dismay look on his face and Tao just held his hands on the table. Tao smiled weakly at him and rubbed his finger against Kris's.

"Everything will be fine, gege. It surely takes time for acceptance."

Kris reached for Tao's hands and kissed it. He looked at Tao with full of sincerity. He's very thankful he has Tao beside him. He loves his panda so much.

"Don't leave me, okay? I'll die if I'll loose you."

Kris muttered and kissed his hands even more. He sniffed the scent of his hands loving its smell. Tao smiled and chuckled when it Kris's lips somehow tickles Tao's hands.

"Don't leave me like how D.O left Kai. I swear, if you die, I'd die too."

Tao smiled at Kris and pulled him closer lending them to hug each other tightly. Kris gently kissed Tao's head and caressed it. He closed his eyes and a tear escaped his eyes.

"Baby, someone's knocking at the door! Are you expecting a visitor today?"

Kris asked Tao who's now on the kitchen preparing their lunch.

"No, I didn't. Just open the door, maybe it's Kai's friend and just wanted to pay him a visit?"

Tao answered and Kris just shrugged. He opened the door and there he saw a man whom he assumes to be having the same age as Kai. It wears a white coat with a stethoscope on its pocket and he assumed it's a doctor. Silly he doesn't know it was D.O's bestfriend, Sehan.

"May I help you?"

Kris asked politely and the younger's attention caught him.

"Ah, yes, ah, goodafternoon, sir. Um, this is Kai's house, right?"

Sehan asked Kris politely and Kris nodded.

"Ah, would you mind if I, ah, talk to him?"

Sehan asked with a hesitation. And Kris just opened the door widely.

"You're welcome here. Come in."

Sehan smiled and bowed to Kris and he guided Sehan to Kai's room. The moment he got there, he saw Kai staring blankly on the outside in front of his window.

"Kai.."

Sehan called him. Kai remained silent. Sehan came near to Kai and sat beside him.

"I've got a good news to tell you.."

Sehan started while while Kai just shrugged.

"I'm sorry I visited you late, we had so much operations to do in the hospital. By the way, D.O is now negative with anemia.. At first, we thought his anemia would lead to leukemia, well, it didn't went that way. He fought it. I just got his medical examination earlier and this is the good news I've brought.. I went straight to your house so that you'll be the one to tell it to him. Aren't you happy for D.O?"

Kai just looked at Sehan and smiled weakly.

Sehan got nervous. He can sense something from Kai. But he hopes what he thinks is wrong. It can't be happening.

"Would you mind if we visit him today?"
