Chapter 45

It's been a couple of days since Christmas, it's almost New Years my parents haven't been home that much since the holidays a lot of surgeries and patients "Sarah, can we go see momma and daddy?" Elli asks

"I don't know el, they've been really busy but maybe a nice surprise from us" I told them, plus I kinda want to see Brian we haven't talked since Christmas

"Zo, bailey come here" I yelled

They ran in quickly "we are going to see mom and dad, we've been cooped up in here to long let's get dressed okay" I told them, I walked into my room pulling off my clothes and putting on a warm sweater and jeans with a pair of boots

I walk out of my room to see all of my siblings ready "ready to go?" I asked, they all vigorously nodded we walked out of the house and into my moms car. It's a very noisy ride to the hospital, we got to the hospital

"Okay, hold hands stay close" I told them, we walked in and I first saw dad. The little ones ran up to him "I didn't know you guys were coming up" he said

"Yeah, it feels like we haven't seen you guys in forever" I told him

"Sarah?" I heard a voice behind me, I turned around to see Brian and damn does he look good in scrubs

"Let's leave your sister alone, let's go find mama" dad walked away with the little ones

"Hey" I said, he walked up and he hugged me

"I can't kiss you so I will hug you" he laughed, I wouldn't care how he showed affection towards me

"You could've if you like" I told him, he looked at me

"I don't want to make you uncomfortable" he told me

"You could never make me uncomfortable" I told him, he kissed my cheek then wrapped his arm around my waist and guided me through the hospital

We sat in the cafeteria "how is intern year going?" I asked him

"Pretty good, pretty hectic I mean it's not the worse your mom has been hard on me but she's hard on everyone" he told me eating his salad

"Busy today?" I asked

"I'm on skut" he said

"What did you do?" I asked another question

"I lashed out on your dad yesterday because he changed up patients on me I accidentally brought the wrong patient into surgery yesterday" he told me

"You did what?! That's why he was in a horrible mood yesterday, I cannot believe you did that" I laughed

"It was a scheduling issue, half my fault" he then said, a group of interns walked up with trays

"Can we sit?" A girl asked, Brian nodded

"Who is this brian?" The same girl asked with a tone

"My um ex girlfriend sarah" he told them, I gave him the look, I always gave him this look when we were together he knew he's done something wrong

"I should go find my parents and get my siblings, I'll see you later then Brian" I got up but someone stopped me

"Wait are your parents patients here?" Another girl asks

"No, they are doctors here" I told them, their eyes widened

"Who may I ask?" She asks, this next part could be fun

"Meredith grey and Derek Shepherd" I smiled at them

"You have to be joking there is no way they are your parents" an intern boasted

"Is she telling the truth Brian" one girl asked looking at him

"Full 100% truth" he finished his salad

I turned around and left to find my family, once I got the little ones home I laid out on my bed thinking about the conversation I had with Brian's friends? One of the girls looked possessive over him like he was a piece of clothing she never wanted to get rid of, it made me jealous even though him and I weren't together anymore I don't like seeing other girls fall for him. I look at the clock and see it's almost 6pm

"Who wants food" I said throughout the house

"Me, me!" Ellis said, I laughed

"I'll make chicken and noodles sound good?" I said, they nodded and ran off again

Dinner ended our parents came home the day came to a close when I heard a tap on my window, I got up to see who it was opening my blind I see Brian standing "what are you doing here?" I asked him opening my window

"I'm freezing my ass out here can I please come in" he asked, I nodded letting him through

"Can you tell me why you are here? It's midnight" I asked once again

"I needed to see you, I know I told them you were my ex I saw the look and I'm sorry" he said sitting on my bed

"You don't need to apologize, you told them the truth it's okay" I told him sitting beside him

"Great, I feel better now do you want me to go?" He then asked

"No, you can stay um I actually want to do something" I said getting closer

"What do you want to do?" He looked at me, I couldn't take it anymore I grabbed his face and kissed him and to my surprise he kissed me back I got on top of him taking off his jacket he grabbed my waist letting go

"Are you sure?" He asked

"I've been waiting for this moment since I cried in your bathroom I'm sure" I smiled, he smiled back leaning in once more

He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist he laid me on my bed taking his shirt off and mine as well, clothes were coming off at a rapid pace under the cover naked together like it should be we were one. We made sure to be quiet since my parents were in their room sleeping soundly, we made love to eachother I'm not giving the gory details only to Mariah but it was sweet and nice

"I love you" Brian whispered before we fell asleep together

This was a night to remember

Um. Yeah so that happened also I changed my mind the next chapter will be the end of surprise daughter, I have so many ideas for the first chapter of the sequel and it will be called 'the two of us' <3
