Chapter :19

Stars POV :
I storm my way to my boss office .
My expression mad . I head into his office and he immediately looked up at me as if I was disturbing him .
" hello miss butterfly , how may I help you ?" He asked me .
" why did you hire Jacob VICSON." I made to euthanize the name 'Vicson' .
" I know that your upset about it but we can't judge him or not allow him to work at our business just because of what is father did . Besides he seems like a nice guy , he has a great work application and good work ethic ."
" sir but he is up to no good , he told me that himself !!!"
" miss butterfly until you can prove actual evidence then we will assist the problem but until then their is nothing we can do about it." He said as he got up and lead Star out of his office .
Star came out with a sour expression. Too mad about the whole situation, her eyes were focused on the floor until her ears hear the sound of footsteps behind her . A hand slides it away across her waist , his voice could make her vomit .
" trying to get your boss to fire me huh ?" He said.
I look over at his face , it's so close to mine . He smirks at me and I took that as my Que to push him off of me .
" ew !!! Get your diseases off of me !" I yell at him before storming away once again .

Time skip :
Marcos POV :
I couldn't help but notice that at work star seemed to be out of it , very distracted and all in all , not like herself . It wasn't just at work , at home aswell , I don't know what's wrong with her .

That night :
*Knock knock*
Stars opened the door to see marco standing there .
"Hey..." he said nervously.
" hi ?" She repiled , confused why he was here at this late hour . She let him inside and sat on the couch with him . She couldn't help but notice he looked concerned .
" what's wrong ?" She questioned
" I'm a little worried about you..." he admitted
" what do you mean ?" She said , taking his hand .
" I feel like your not tell me something . You've been acting strange lately and I think I know what it is." He told her .
Stars eyes went vide .
Did he know about what happened with Jacob and his dad and how they would reck their relationship.
" you do?..." Star asked nervously
" yes i do but it's ok Star . I'm not mad at you and I'll support you no matter what decision you make about the baby . It's ok Star I know your preg-"
" What ?!" She almost yelled .
" what ?..."
" Marco , I'm not pregnant !" She laughed and Marco sighed a sigh of relief .
" THANK GOD !!!"
" what made you think that ?" She giggled
" i don't know , you seemed pretty distant . So if your not pregnant , then what's going on ?"
" it's nothing , just work yeah know ?"
" but you do know you can come to me whenever you want right ?"
"Yeah I know."

Marcos POV :
She hugged me , she rarely did that and the times that she did , it would mostly be because she's sad or so . It still felt like something wasn't right but I can't force her to tell me so I'll wait and see , I sure she will tell me eventually.
