Patton's p.o.v.

This is it.

I wake up the morning of my wedding to the sun shining down on my face. I open my eyes and put on my glasses. It was a beautiful day outside. Almost too beautiful. I force myself out of bed and look around my dorm. Virgil seemed to have come home from Roman's in the middle of the night, cause he's still asleep on his bed.

I get up and get dressed into my normal clothes since it's too early to put my tux on. I brush my teeth and put my socks on as I get ready to head out. Where I'm going I'm not really sure, but I'll figure it out when I get there. I open the door and I see Roman with his hand up about to knock.

"Oh, hey Roman! You're pretty early--"

"Patton, wHY is Virgil asleep??" Roman asks, walking in past me. I shut the door and shrug my shoulders. He shakes his head and gets close up to Virgil and whispers in his ear.

"Virgil~" He says softly. Virgil groans and mumbles back.

"What?"

"IT'S TIME TO GET UP!" He yells suddenly, yanking Virgil's blankets away from him and opening the window. Virgil sits up quickly but by the time he fully processes what's happening, Roman is throwing his blankets out the window.

"What the shit, Roman!" Virgil yelled.

"Language!" I scolded him. Virgil folded his arms and sighed.

"Fine. What the fricc, Roman! Those were my blankets that I USE!"

Roman just shrugged his shoulders and closed the window. "Someone will thank you. Besides, we're going out. If you're good I might buy you some new ones that are less...ugly."

"Wow. Thanks." Virgil mumbled and got up out of bed. He walked over to the closet and walked in, shutting the door behind him. He's always been self conscious about changing. Roman walked up and knocked on the door of the closet.

"What is it now, Princey?"

"Well I was just wondering why you're in the closet if everyone knows your gay." Roman said. I started to laugh as I heard Virgil sigh through the door. He opened it and walked out in his normal clothing. Roman looked at me and pointed to Virgil.

"Look, he's finally out of the closet!"

Virgil rolled his eyes. "Haha, very funny."

Roman smiled and put his arms around Virgil. "You know you love me."

"Maybe." Virgil mumbled. Roman let go of Virgil and walked over to me, putting his elbow on my shoulder (since he and everyone else is taller than me) and smiling.

"Good. Now today is a very big day. So I took the liberty to book us appointments at the salon. And before you ask, it's not optional. Also, no pouting is allowed, VIRGIL." Roman said smiling. Before anyone could respond, he grabbed both of our hands and ran out the door.

"Roman, I'm not even wearing shoes--" Virgil began before he was cut off.

"They give out free flip-flops at the salon so shush and climb in the limo."

"Limo? What lim--oh." Virgil said as we turned a corner. There was a huge black limo lined up against the sidewalk. I couldn't help but smile.

"Limo? More like lim-woah!" I said. Virgil snickered at my pun while Roman just sighed dramatically as he opened the door.

"In the car now the appointments are in fifteen minutes!" Roman said and pushes us in. I laughed and climbed into the limo, looking around. The seats were really comfy and there were snacks laid out in a row on a shelf along with a few champagne glasses and drinks. Virgil climbed in and sat across from me, and finally Roman climbed in and shut the door behind him. He sat down next to Virgil and I and yelled at the driver to move.

Roman decided to take full control of the stereo and began blasting Disney music. Virgil tried to put on his headphones but Roman also threw those out the window. It was honestly the most hectic car ride of my life. There was screaming, singing, dancing, destroying of property, and snacks. I had a few cookies.

It was a nice distraction to the fact that I'm getting sent off to my doom in just a few hours...

"You alright, pops?" Virgil asked as he turned down the volume. Roman looked at me in response and nodded.

"I must admit that something does seem off with you, Patton." he agreed.

I smiled as I bit into yet another cookie. "Aw, kiddos. You don't have to worry about me! I'm just..excited about the wedding!"

"Patton, do you even want to marry--"

"Oh look we're stopped! Guess that means we're here!" I say and get up quickly. I open the door but Roman grabs the back of my shirt and pulls me back into the car as Virgil shuts the door.

"Nice try, but this is only a stoplight. Now let Virgil finish." Roman said.

"Thanks, Princey," Virgil said before turning to me and finishing his question, "Do you really want to marry Dan? I know how nice you are and how much of a dick Dan is."

I begin to scold him for his language, but he puts a finger up to shush me and continues.

"Just...what I'm trying to say is if he is forcing you, you can tell us. You always can.

Roman nodded. "Virgil is right. That slimy son of a snake doesn't hold as much power over you as you think he may. You can tell us anything, and we will protect you at all costs. You're our family, after all."

He'll kill you.

I think they could tell something was wrong, because Virgil put a hand on my shoulder and Roman took my hand. Virgil continued with their speech. "He's really just a big baby. Whatever he told you, he's probably lying. He's really good at that."

He's not lying about it.

"People like him act like they are high and mighty kings, but they are in fact the true peasants that plague our kingdom." Roman said. Virgil just looked at him and nodded slowly.

"Yeeeah...anyway. If he threatened you, please tell us. I've dealt with him before, and most of the time he's bluffing."

He's not bluffing.

"You can tell us. I promise."

You can't tell them.

"Patton?"

Don't tell them.

As I looked back and forth between Virgil and Roman, I couldn't help but smile. They were my best friends and would clearly do anything for me. We always have each other's backs, but...

He'll hurt them too.

I can't risk that.

"I'm fine, really!" I say, smiling.

"We're here!" The driver called out as the limo came to a stop. I was the first one to get out of my seat and open the door. The salon seemed to be closed because there were no other customers. Though the workers opened the door and smiled at us, welcoming us in. Roman and Virgil got out and stood on both sides of me as we walked into the salon.

(Hahaaaaaaaaa I hate myself. Though I love Roman he gives off crackhead energy. Also I don't check any of my stories so if there are typos or there's something that doesn't make sense, let me know. I check all that stuff once I finish the story. Anywho, hope you enjoyed. Cya, lads! -Manzana)
