Overeating for dinner 😬

I let myself have a break for the rest of the day until dinner time. I still couldn't resist the urge to stuff myself, so dinner did not go as I'd planned. I made mac n cheese (which was the original plan). I made enough for dinner and also lunch tomorrow. I ate my dinner portion and felt comfortably full, but then I decided to push myself. I heated up the portion that was meant to be tomorrow's lunch and ate that too 🤭. The second bowl went down slower than the first, that's for sure. I had distract myself by watching Netflix so that I could get it all down into my already full belly. My stomach was so incredibly full and moving felt uncomfortable. So for the third time today my belly was distended, round and heavy. Now I'm laying in bed dealing with the aftermath, rubbing my aching belly. I have a little craving right now for more ice cream, but I don't have anymore. Though I don't think my poor belly would agree with more food today!
