Jack's POV
At the end of the day Alex and I walk to our lockers and get all our things, then find out where Rian and Zack are.
We find them at their lockers that are also right next to each other.
"Ready to go?" Rian asks.
"Yep," I reply along with Alex and Zacks quiet,"Sure."
The four of us make the few block journey to my house and we all walk up to my room.
"So... what are we doing here again?" Alex asks.
"We are here to put and end to whatever prejudice we've put on another without actually speaking to them," I reply.
"How are we gonna do this exactly?" Rian asks.
"Let's just sit in a circle and go around asking questions and everyone has to answer," Zack suggests, and we all agree and sit in a circle.
"Does anyone play an instrument?" Alex asks.
"I play guitar," I answer, looking at the old acoustic sitting in the corner of my room.
"I play drums," Rian says after me.
"Bass," Zack adds.
"Guitar and I sing," Alex finally answers his own question.
"You sing?" I ask looking at Alex somewhat disbelievingly.
"Yep."
"Let's hear you," Rian says.
"Alright, but this is just something I wrote so it may not be too good," Alex warns.
"He's lying, his songs are amazing," Zack says.
"Mind if I play?" Alex asks looking to my guitar.
"Go ahead," I reply.
"Okay, this is called Therapy," Alex says before he starts strumming lightly.
My ship went down
In a sea of sound.
When I woke up alone I had everything:
A handful of moments I wished I could change
And a tongue like a nightmare that cut like a blade.
In a city of fools
I was careful and cool,
But they tore me apart like a hurricane...
A handful of moments I wished I could change
But I was carried away.
Give me therapy.
I'm a walking travesty
But I'm smiling at everything.
Therapy...
You were never a friend to me
And you can keep all your misery.
My lungs gave out
As I faced the crowd.
I think that keeping this up could be dangerous.
I'm flesh and bone,
I'm a rolling stone
And the experts say I'm delirious.
Give me therapy.
I'm a walking travesty
But I'm smiling at everything.
Therapy...
You were never a friend to me
And you can take back your misery.
Arrogant boy,
Love your self so no one has to,
They're better of without you.
(They're better off without you.)
Arrogant boy,
Cause a scene like you're supposed to.
They'll fall asleep without you.
You're lucky if your memory remains.
Give me therapy.
I'm a walking travesty
But I'm smiling at everything.
Therapy...
You were never a friend to me
And you can take back your misery.
Therapy...
I'm a walking travesty
But I'm smiling at everything.
Therapy...
You were never a friend to me
And you can choke on your misery.
Alex's song, to put it simply, is amazing.
"Alex, that was awesome," Rian compliments.
Alex looks down and mumbles,"Thanks."
"When'd you write that, Alex," Zack asks.
"A while back," he replies simply.
"So we can all play an instrument, what bands do we like?" Rian ask the group.
"Blink-182 is definitely one of my favorites," Alex answers immediately.
"Green Day too," Zack adds.
"New Found Glory," Rian says.
"Well aren't we amazing," I say congratulating our music taste.
The other three laugh at my antics.
Alex looks at his phone quickly and his eyes go wide,"I gotta go bye guys. Nice meeting you Rian," he says exiting my room quickly.
Zack also exits after checking his phone as well.
When both boys have left my house Rian looks at me seriously, and asks,"So what's the deal with Alex?"
"What do you mean?" I ask confused.
"I mean the way you looked at him the entire time he was here," Rian smirks.
"How was I looking at him?" I ask slowly.
Rian chuckles,"You know, like you like him."
My face pales,"Oh... um you know just a look."
"Sure Jack, sure. I'll see you tomorrow."
With that Rian stands and exits my room.

Rian knows. Will Alex figure it out soon? Will Rian tell someone? I don't really know yet.
On a side note I'm sick so I might update this again later or tomorrow.
