jimin heard rustling, groaning from being woken up by the sounds.
he stretched out and pushed himself, rubbing his eye with his fist.
jimin got off of the bed, walking out of the bedroom and walked towards the sound.
he rubbed the back of his neck, seeing jeongguk in the living room...
...packing up?
"babe."
jeongguk looked up from his duffle bag. "oh hey, you're awake." he softly smiled, walking over to him. "how did you sleep?" he intertwined their hands together.
"i slept okay..what's with the packing?"
"uhm..." jeongguk looked at the bag, then back at the male. "i don't know if you'll like the reason."
"how come?"
"it involves going..somewhere."
jimin curled his brows. "you're..leaving?"
"it's not safe for me anymore." jeongguk whispers, lifting his hand to the side of the smaller's face. "they'll soon find me and take me away."
"y-you can't go..wh-where will you go?"
"italy."
"italy? th-that's so far away from here." jimin frowned, holding tight on the mafia's hand.
"i want you to come with me." he caressed his cheekbone.
"i can't..."
"it'll be safer there."
"h-how are you even going to get there?" jimin looked up at him.
"i have someone to sneak me out." jeongguk mumbled.
"i..i don't want to leave."
"please." he whispered, pulling jimin close. "i can't be alone again."
"then don't leave."
"i don't want to die here." jeongguk's voice suddenly squeaked, brows curling.
jimin fluttered his eyes. "what?"
jeongguk looked away, his back facing the smaller now.
"wh..what are you planning to do in italy?"
jeongguk closed his eyes tight. "i-i'll go alone. it doesn't matter anymore."
"jeongguk..."
the mafia just sat down on the couch, wiping his face real quick.
"i just..wanted to kill my enemies and..." jeongguk slick his hair back. "i have no safety. they'll find me."
jimin sat down beside him, placing a hand on the mafia's back.
"i love you." jeongguk faced him.
jimin moved his hand away.
