I've posted this on my bento page a few years ago and I think this is worth sharing again since everyone is in their homes during the quarantine.
Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Yield: 6 cookies
Ingredients:
3 pieces whole ripe bananas
3 cups quick-cooking oatmealOptional Ingredients:
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup raisins or dried fruit or
1 cup chopped nuts or
1 cup chocolate chips or
1 cup M&Ms chocolate or
If you're feeling fancy, add a little bit of everything!
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
3. Add the oatmeal and fold until everything is combined.
4. Add your desired topping and fold until thoroughly mixed.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
