Little Fish

Hello little fish, traveler of seas

currently beheld, by landlocked little me

what wonders have you seen

what friends have you made

what answer do you seek

what questions do you plead

oh little fish, your life is truly free

at home within the waters, as birds upon the breeze

from deepest depths you venture

to the shallows of the tides

the law of nature beckons

and you but all oblige

you coast from distant corners

whisked along for joyful ride

I ask you for a favor

in your journey's yet to be

will you tell my story?

my life of gallantry?

For you're a little fish

Braving vastness of the sea

As I pee in to your waters

I hope you'll remember me.
