"Are we able to come and see him?"
"Yeah for sure, I'll send you the room details."
"We'll take a shower and come right there."
After a quick shower, we make our way to the hospital. Amara is off to the side of the hospital in the brand new maternity wing. Everything is lovely and new inside, with large windows and an indoor and outdoor playroom for those who already have children.
We make our way down the hall, and past a large room with glass windows filled with newborn babies in their little cribs. "Oh my gosh, look at them." I tell Easton with a smile as we pass.
We reach Amara's room and knock softly at the door. A moment later Nate opens the door "you made it, come on in." He holds the door open
We make our way into the room where we find Amara sitting up in the lounge with her son in her arms wrapped in a blue blanket
"Hey." I whisper as we make our way over quietly
"Hey" she whispers back with a smile
"He is SO beautiful Amara, oh my gosh."
"You should see him when he opens his eyes." Nate smiles as he makes his way over and sits on the end of the couch "Black hair and bright blue eyes just like his mothers."
"Wow, I wasn't expecting that, Brown usually trumps any other colour." I say softly as I sit down next to Amara. "He's so small."
"He is tiny." She agrees with a smile, both of us looking down at him
"Stay right there." Easton smiles as he pulls out his phone and snaps a picture "Cute." he spins it around showing us.
"Would you like to hold him?" Amara asks her brother
"Yeah of course." He pulls his jacket off and sits down on the couch next to her and holds his arms out. Slowly Amara stands up and places Oli down in his arms
"Hey little buddy, you're awake" He smiles down at his nephew who has now opened his eyes and is looking up at him
I move closer to the two of them, admiring how cute they are, and Easton turns to me pressing a kiss to my head "Do you want to hold him?"
"No baby, you told him." I smile up at him.
"I can already see it." Amara smile at the two of us "It won't be long until you're having a baby"
"Maybe." Easton says with a smile
