Kai disappeared after that day.

He's absent today.

Again.

Jennie started to worry, and so did Sooyoung.

Taehyung and Kai weren't on good terms but they used to be friends, so he is, to say the least, concerned.

The weird thing is, Suho disappeared too.

Jennie thought about that day.

What was in that text?

Who texted him?

And why did he react that way?

Either way, it was really concerning to her.

"Jen."

Irene called out, snapping her out of her thoughts.

Tzuyu smiled at her.

"It's gonna be fine, okay. He'll come back." She assured her.

"He better!" Sooyoung shouted, clearly annoyed.

"Girls, we better get going. Class will start soon." Irene prompts.

They agree and went on their way.

Jennie sulks.

It's been a boring day.

The teacher comes in, holding a seemingly old, thick book.

"Good Morning Mrs. Kwon!" The class greeted.

Mrs. Kwon was the class' favorite teacher. She was sweet, softspoken, and gave off a motherly vibe. You could tell she loved her students very much.

"Good Morning class, Jongin's not here again?" She asked, a pint of worry around her expression.

"No, maam." Jongdae, a classmate, replied.

"Alright then. Anyway..." She puts the heavy book on her desk.

"I'm going to tell you a story. A fairytale, rather. A very heartbreaking tale, I suppose." She smiled as she caressed her bulging stomach.

She was due in two months.

The class was intrigued.

"Maam, why are you telling us a fairytale? Rather than a lecture?" Hanna Yoon asked.

"This is part of an activity, Hanna." She smiled.

"Anyway, let's begin."

She clears her throat and skims through the pages.

"Once upon a time..."

The woman jumped out, shouting.

You could see her face reddening like a tomato.

"How could you?!" She hit the boy who frightened her.

The princess had just gone for a morning garden stroll, when suddenly, the prince decided to disturb her rather peaceful morning.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry." He laughed.

"Your Highness?" Her handmaiden approaches.

"Forgive me, your majesty, was I interrupting?" She apologized.

"No, Ryeowon, what is it?" The princess asked.
