Aunt Christina

Everyone woke up as if nothing had happened yesterday. Demi and Marissa are taking Tristan to have a mom and son day, Bailey and Maddie are upstairs doing who knows what and I'm just chilling with Gracie. I've already talked to Angela today and she's going to come over so she can see Bailey. She asked if her sister could come, I said yes I mean it would be nice to meet my aunt. They're not coming until after lunch though that way we all have time to get ready.

"Can we go hang out with Bea?" Maddie asks

"You can but Bailey you have to stay here Angela's coming over" I say

"Oh okay" Bailey says

Maddie decides to go even though Bailey isn't so I drive her over real quick. By the time I get back its lunch time.

"What do you want for lunch?" I ask Bailey

"Um a tuna sandwich please" she says

I make her sandwich real quick and hand it to her. Gracie starts crying so I change her diaper then lay her down for a nap.

"When is Angela coming?" Bailey asks

"Soon" I tell her

"I wonder if she divorced dad" she thinks aloud

"Hopefully" I say

"If she divorces dad is she going to make me move back in with her?" Bailey asks

"That'll be for her and Dallas to decide and there is a chance that she'll want custody but Dallas will make sure you are where you want to be" I tell her

"Okay" she says "because I don't want to leave Dallas's"

"I don't want you to leave there" I say

I hear a knock at the door so I go open it, Angela and her sister walk in. My mouth drops when I see who her sister is. Christina freaking Perri.

"I take it you know who I am" Christina laughs

"Uh yeah" I say "I'm a fan"

"Amanda who's- whoa you're Christina Perri" Bailey says

Christina laughs whereas Angela looks embarrassed.

"Oh come on ang you should've expected something like this to happen" Christina says

"Anyway what's up with dad?" I ask Angela

"I filed for the divorce so we're in the process" she tells me

"Good" I say

"When it's finalized are you going to make me come back with you?" Bailey asks

"As long as the court system is cool with it, yes" Angela tells her

She looks at me with tears building up in her eyes. I pull her into a hug and calm her down.

"Don't worry kiddo everything will turn out the way it's supposed to" I tell her

"Bailey" Angela says "I-"

"No stop" Bailey interrupts "I'm putting it out there that I don't want to go back, I'm happy with Dallas"

At the moment I can see how heartbroken Angela is. After all she practically lost both of her kids. Before I get a chance to say anything Gracie starts screaming upstairs. As soon as I get up there and pick her up she stops. I take her back downstairs with me and sit her in her baby swing.

"Is she yours?" Christina asks

"Yep" I say "her name is Gracie"

"She's adorable" Christina says

"Thanks" I say

"Amanda we're back" Demi calls

"Hey mom" I call "Angela and my aunt is here"

"I see that" Demi says "hi guys"

"Hey" Christina says

Angela doesn't say anything, she still doesn't really like Demi. I don't see why she can't just be civil with her I mean I am still allowed to see her.

"Sissy up" Tristan says as he runs over to me

I pick him up and give him a kiss on his head. Demi and Marissa go upstairs I guess so it's not awkward. We all talk for a while but Angela and Christina head out. Christina has some studio stuff to do.

Now I know where I got my music gene from, Christina. Which I still can't believe all of this is happening. Who would've ever guessed Christina Perri is my aunt.
