The sun is shining brightly this morning. I put on my favorite white sneakers strolling down the street of Anyang. A town that is known as one of the most picturesque spots in Korea. After getting off the bus, I head to Anyang Art Park to discover the arts and the sculptures. The humid and hot weather drenched my shirt with sweat! Stretching out on a bench to take a breath. "Oh, it's a hot day!" I sighed with my hand flapping back and forth my cap.
My grandmother's words echoed inside my head. "Be careful... You are new here, you might get lost... And don't come home late..." She advised me to be careful on the street. "Don't worry, I'll be fine..." I shout and walk out from the identical concrete buildings that are facing one another in that small community.
This is my second time here. Why am I here? Well, this is my mother's hometown. I have lived in Europe for 10 years and have been here before when I was six years old. I moved to this town after my father remarried. "Ahh... I miss the town..." Gulping down the cold drinks I bought from the vending machine.
