I don't want to believe,
That this part is true,
My eyes swell up in tears,
Is this really You?
Oh God, my heart is strong
To believe there is a way
For everyone to go
To the place of all day.
My heart is touched by song,
A music creeped inside
The depths of my heart
A kill of secluded pride.
The question in me is why?
And yes, I know, yet still,
I don't want to believe
That a certain part is real.
Your love should reach
Far down to the deepest hell,
Oh God, why sin?
Separated us,
A yell screaming within.
Oh the depths of a Father's love,
I pray You do the same,
When one sheep was gone,
You came, You came.
You found us,
Not us, us finding You,
Oh God, Please,
Let this be You.
That when we were lost,
You searched
For the sinner,
No one to blame,
But ourselves, the inner.
But God, here again,
I pray and I plea,
Please don't let our sin
Drown us into the sea.
Please, Father,
Please help, we.
