Halloween special part one

(No ones POV spooky)

"Are you scared?" Teased the blue scarfed wearing Skelton as they entered the woods, the flashlights path danced across the tree line as the small group of four walked along a dirt path.

"Uh no. Your the one that keeps jumping at any noise you hear." Snapped Geno his expression was annoyed but their was a hint of weariness at the surrounded around him.The oak trees didn't seem all to scary during the day but when it's Halloween night and the trees look so tall that they seem to scrape against the stars. That's when it's a bit spooky, non the less ink pushed forward "Fine then let's go on! The party's just on the other side of these woods." His voice was confident as he started walking not even checking if all where following.

Dream gave a look of uncertainty "why can't we just take the long way" he complained making ink call over his shoulder "because it would take to long!" Geno glanced at Dream with a shrug before walking forward too having already lived through Hell he concluded that nothing could compare to that, so he pressed on his crimson scarf fluttering behind him.

(Genos POV)
Reaper texted he was already at the party, why he didn't just say to go together still confused me, like isn't you boyfriend supposed to go with you and not leave you with these goons?

Sighing the crunch of leaves beneath our feet was defaning in such a quite place, dream fell in step along with me, "Are you exited about going?" He asked quietly I shrugged "it's just another hellish party"  I muttered keeping my eye forward. Though being next to Dream kinda combated my fowl mood that I preceded to be in.

Finally we came to a fork in the path. Waiting for ink to say somthing he looked puzzled "I don't Remeber their being a break in the path" he said quitely almost to him self.

"What do you mean??" Asked blue as he stepped beside ink.

"I'm not sure which way the correct way is" huffing I rolled my eye. "Let's just head back and go the long way" ink shook his head "what if we split up? And after say 100 steps we turn around and head back to here" "we should stay together as a group" Dream spoke being the only one with actual sense.

"Come on plus itll be more exciting" if dream swayed his vote then it would be three against one. "Fine.I'm staying with Geno though he isn't as stupid as the rest of you" Dream teased slightly making me curse.

After discussing we split up us taking the left path and then taking the right. Dream said he would count, as we walked the path grew narrower pulling out my phone I texted reaper.

Geno- you asshole.
Reaper-what's the problem now love?
Geno- where kinda lost in the woods, and ink thought of such as 'smart' idea to split up
Reaper- I would come and get you dear but unfortunately I'd probably end up walking straight in to the woods with no sense of direction.
Geno- glad to hear your wasted already dumbass.
Reaper-love you too dear, come soon it's no fun with out you~

Sighing dream looked over my shoulder stopping "awe you guys are so cute" I rolled my eye he continued to walk again resuming his counting.

We where almost to a 100 steps that's when a loud snap sounded it echoed through the air. Making both of us pause. Holding my breath I waited listening.

Scanning the area my flashlight scanning the trees, as it swept across it fell across a figure but I was so focused on Past the first front of trees and it wasn't until I thought for a moment did I quickly go back to where the alleged figure was.

"Did you see that." I whispered seeing Their was no one Their now but a weird dug out mark in the bark.

"See what?" Asked dream as he turned to look where I was looking. Confused I shook my head, it must be going to my head "uh never mind," Dream nodded slowly "we should probably turn around clearly this isn't the right way" agreeing with him we turned around.

As we walked back, it was unusually quiet and I'm not talking about the lack of talking but the fact that even the chirping of crickets was gone. Though when their was a sound of a crow somewhere on a tree, Dream flinched "this really want a good idea" I said dream looked at me "don't worry we will get their soon I'm sure ink and blue have found the path."

"How can you be so-" a knife flung past my face, gasping I fell back on to the ground with a oof.

"Oh my goodness Geno are you okay??" Dream reaches for my hand to pull me up, staring at the spot where the knife dug in to the soft soil I steadied my breathing.

I wasn't even freaked out I just felt angry. Refusing to take dreams hand I pushed my self up strided over to the knife I picked up the handle firmly.

"What the hell, this ain't funny!" I called having a sneaking suspicion that it was blue and ink.

"Geno." Said Dream. But I wasn't done yet. "You can stop it now Ink your soooo funny ha.ha.ha." I said sarcasm dripping off my words.

"Geno!" Turning to look at Dream my anger dropped and was replaced with a cold chill.  My phone buzzed.
Reaper- are you coming?
Looking at the message before shoving my phone in my pocket.

Grabbing Dream by the arm and tugging him along. Leaving behind the words written in the ground just a few paces from Dream.
