Chapter 14: Oh Brother

Cait's POV
After school, I waited for Barry at my locker since he apparently was going to tutor me now. So much for staying away. But I knew that it wasn't going to work. Barry approaches me and I gave him a fake smile.

"Nice to see you smiling again," he says.

"Yeah. Fake smiling."

"It's better than nothing. Alright, when shall we start?" He asked.

"I don't know. You set this up. Not me," I say.

"Well then. Come to my house at 5, just text me first."

"Okay, Whatever you say."

"This is going to be fun, you'll see, Caitlin," he says and winks. "Well I got to go, see ya later," he leaves towards Oli.

I turn around to leave and I find Felicity standing behind me and I jumped a little, "You scared me!"

"Sorry. Why was Barry talking to you? More importantly, Why were you talking to him?"

"He's tutoring me remember,"

"I didn't think you guys were actually serious."

"I mean, I do need help," I say.

"And Barry was the only person you could ask?"

"Hey, I didn't ask him, he offered,"

"Okay, Okay, but you have to be careful around him,"

"I know, I will. Don't worry. Now, want a lift?"

"Yes, let's go to your place and chill for a bit,"

"Okay, let's go," I say and we leave.

At five
Felicity had already left and it was already time to head to his house. Great. As soon as I got to his house I regretted it, but I guess since I was already here, why not? I knocked on the door for a few seconds until he opened it. Not Barry, but his brother.

"Hey," he says smirking while holding the door open.

"Hi. Is Barry home?" I asked.

"Yeah. Come in," he says holding the door for me and letting me in. I started looking around, since the only time I was here it was at the party, which I ditched to go find Barry.

"So, your the one my brother wants me to stay away from," he stated.

I turned around to face him, "Yeah, I guess so. And you're the guy he wants me to stay away from,"

"Yeah, I guess so," he smirked and started getting closer to me. I started walking backward and felt the wall. He came right at my face, my body against the wall and I was getting so nervous that I dropped my bag. My heart pounding so fast and I couldn't move. "Do you wanna do something about it?" He whispered in my ear.

He started to put a strand of my hair behind my ear, "I-...."

"Hey! Get away from her!" Barry yelled. He grabbed Dylan's shoulder and pushed him away from me.

"Woah, brother, calm down, jeez!" He snickered.

"It's fine, can we, uh, go to your room?" I say.

"Yeah, upstairs, first door to the left. I'll meet you up there,"

"Okay," I grabbed my bag and started heading upstairs.

"See ya around," Dylan says. I just kept walking without turning around. That went well, I thought.
