Caitlin's POV
It was Friday and I haven't talked to Barry since Monday. And I was going to go to his party tonight, it might be awkward.

"Hey Cait, you ready for today?" Felicity asked.

"Yes, of course. Do u have a ride to the mall?" I asked.

"No," she says. "Taking me?"

"Well duh, I'll see you at my locker after seventh period," I say and she nods and heads to first period. As I was walking to class, I was too concentrated talking to Felicity that I didn't look in front of me and I bumped with Barry. "Oh, um, sorry," I say.

"No problem," he says and walks away with his friends and a new guy named Scott, who was Barry's distant cousin, or so I heard. Felicity and I walked to our seats and sat down.

"God, we haven't spoken in 4 days and it's weird. I mean we barely know each other, but from what you told me about him, I thought he would try to be friends with me or something," I say.

"I know right! Maybe he has a different strategy. He is probably trying to get you to speak to him first," Felicity says.

"Well, maybe we can make him think that. And hopefully, this day goes fast, so we can go to the mall," I say and she nods.

During lunchtime
I walked to get my lunch, while Felicity went to sit at our table. As I was walking to our table, Iris, a girl who Felicity told me about called me.

"Hey, new girl!" Iris yelled. I turned around and she was sitting at a table with her friends.

"Hi..." I say not sure why she was talking to me.

"Come here, don't be shy," she says smiling and laughing with her friends. I walked over to her slowly. "Hey, so I wasn't here on Monday, but I heard you had something with Allen," she says.

"Allen?" I arched one eyebrow confused about who she was talking about.

"Barry. Barry Allen. That guy over there. Next to Oli and Angel," she says pointing at them and I turned around to see them looking at us.

"Ohh, him, well, I wouldn't say I had something with him, I'd say we had a bad start to meeting each other."

"Oh, well I heard you dumped your drink on him, am I correct?" She insisted.

"Um, yeah that happens, I mean he deserved it, so..." I say awkward and I was about to leave until she said...

"I'm not judging you, I think that was awesome of you to do. I would have done it myself, but I'm not capable to do that to Barry Allen," she says and then she goes back to talking to her friends and laughing.

I walked towards Felicity who looked as confused as I was. "What did she want?"

"She just asked about what happened on Monday. You know about Barry. Then she said that it was awesome. I thought you said she liked Barry," I told her.

"I mean she does. They hooked up once or twice over the past years, but then there was a rumor that Barry didn't want to hook with her because he was uninterested in her. But she kept trying to get with him and he wouldn't want to," she says and eats a French fry.

"Hmmm, maybe that's why she liked what I did to him. She wants to make him as miserable as she was. What if we get her-"I didn't even finish my sentence when Felicity started talking.

"No! We can't. She might ruin our plans. It's best if we just continue as we are. Let's just forget about this," she says and I nod.

"Oh, and did you see that Barry was looking at Iris and I talking?"
