EVERYTHING HERMIONE PACKED in the small bag was for her daughter. Some clothes and a few toys Hermione noticed Clare had taken a liking to and then since she had no idea how exactly they were going to be travelling Hermione packed up a few extra blankets just in case the weather decreased. Winter was coming.

Now walking through the gardens of the capital, with her Clare placed on her hip, the only thing Hermione had to do now was wait for Ser Logan to come and get her. All he had told her was to wait, though patience had never been Hermione's forte.

Wiping the spit from her daughter's mouth, Clare babbled about swinging the small teddy bear Olenna had gotten made for her. "Are you excited to see you father?" Hermione asked playfully as her babe's babbles got louder and more excited.

This was a tedious transition, and despite still not feeling like herself just yet, Hermione found her attitude more tolerable to her daughter's needs. They had spent all last night together, just mother and daughter finally trying to get acquainted with each other. Hermione learned that Clare liked shiny things—especially the gold necklace Robb had given her in Winterfell—and to grab onto her hair. The little girl also loved raspberry kissed on her belly and when Hermione rubbed her noses against hers.
