Theon is sneering down at Calum, he's all crooked teeth and bulging eyes. His laugh is wild and some of the other men join in with him. It was only a few sessions ago that Theon took an interest in want to, "help better Robb's army" but Calum saw right through it all. This was Theon's fun, getting off on belittling those he saw below him.
