"Tell me about the summers you spent with Jaemin," Dr. Kim asks.
"The first was normal. It was like he hadn't left to begin with...but after that summer, things became weird. That year was weird," Jisung begins, a confused look settling on his face. It still didn't make sense to him.
"What happened," Dr. Kim asks, switching the legs he had crossed.
"He grew distant. We would text once a week, sometimes less. He grew too busy for me. He didn't even text me for my birthday.
Then the second summer rolled around and he didn't come back to Korea. He didn't even tell me he wasn't coming, I found out through his roommate," Jisung explains.
"Where was he?"
"China. He went to China to see a boy who attended their school for a semester."
"Why did he go and see this boy," Dr. Kim asks, his eyebrows drawn together.
"He was dating this boy. They had been dating all year. That's why he was ignoring me. He was too busy with his boyfriend," Jisung says with such hatred, Dr. Kim felt a twinge of fear.
"Who was he dating, Mr. Park?"
"Huang Renjun," Jisung spits.
