I've been getting tests done, I was at the hospital not long ago but no one knows but my family

I spend most of the time doing nothing, no one to talk too, not planning on making any so-called friends, not planning on being friendly with my old ones cause they clearly want nothing to do with me.
I'm not waiting around for people anymore
I'm single and so not planning to change that anytime soon, I don't go from boyfriend to boyfriend like some people I used to know.

I really could do with a friend to help me like I'm not sure if I should keep Caleb's books up or not ?, is it too soon or should I just get rid of them?
