Yoongi's tails twitched as he watched the funeral, perched up in one of the branches of a nearby tree. No humans took any notice of him. He wasn't worried about getting caught: humans only ever saw what they wanted to see anyway. If anything, he'd just get called a ghost or a trick of the light, or a weird guy chilling in a tree.

He licked his lips unconsciously as the coffin was lowered into the grave. There was his meal for tonight. It was fresh, so hopefully it wouldn't taste too bad. Judging from the pictures, it was a young man, which was even better. He'd still have a strong heart. Yoongi smiled, watching the mourning people as he thought about the heart waiting for him.

He turned into a fox and climbed down the tree, casting one last look at the funeral before scurrying off into the forest that sat at the edge of the cemetery.

"No, I won't accept it." Jungkook's mum said, shaking her head. "It's just not right."

"Look, I'm not asking you to accept it, I'm just saying that that's how it is." Jungkook sighed, rubbing his face with his hands.

"Your mother is right, Jungkook, it isn't right. It's not natural." His dad said, taking his mother's hand in his.

"Oh my God, why do people always say that??" Jungkook pulled his hair in frustration, a habit he'd developed. "I don't care if being gay is unnatural, I am gay and I can't change that. So please, just deal with it."

"Jungkook, please calm down, it's not good for your heart." His mum said, looking worriedly at Jungkook. "Let's just discuss this calmly and figure out how we can sort this all out..."

"No!" Jungkook slammed his foot down as he stood up, his chair screeching across the floor. "We aren't discussing anything because there isn't anything to discuss!"

"Jungkook-"

"If you can't accept me, then I just won't stay here." Jungkook then stormed off to his room, slamming the bedroom door behind him. His mum jumped at the sound, placing a hand on her chest.

In his bedroom, Jungkook threw his clothes into a bag, glaring at them as he did. He grumbled under his breath about 'stupid parents' and their lack of understanding. He zipped the bag up and pulled it up on to his shoulder.

Jungkook stormed out of his bedroom and paused at the doorway to the dining room, where his parents still sat.

"I'm leaving." He said. His mum went to protest but Jungkook wouldn't hear it. He was a teenage boy and he'd do what he wanted, even listen to his hormonal brain.

Jungkook then walked out of the house, once again slamming the door behind him. Silence settled over the house as Jungkook's parents sat at the table, his father attempting to comfort his mother.

"Don't worry, he'll be back." He said, rubbing her back. "He's a teenager, you know what they're like. They're impulsive, they don't think about things."

"But he's weak, his heart isn't strong." Jungkook's mum's eyes grew shiny. "What if he gets stressed?"

"He'll be fine." Jungkook's dad frowned at the space Jungkook had previously occupied, still rubbing his wife's back. He wouldn't let it show, but he was also worried about his son. But he also knew there was no changing Jungkook's mind, he got his stubbornness from his father...

Yoongi dug up the grave with his little paws, hidden by the darkness of the night. His claws scraped against the coffin when he reached it.

Yoongi turned back into a human and grinned as he brought his fist down on the coffin. Being a gumiho came with its perks, like superhuman strength and speed. And immortality.

The wood splintered as Yoongi continued to punch it until he had enough of a hole to be able to pull the lid off. He then turned back into a fox and dragged the corpse out of the hole. Once the body was lying securely out of the grave, Yoongi turned back into a human again and redressed himself. He licked his lips as he stared down at fresh corpse.

He dug his claws into the chest, ripping out the flesh. He then reached in again and expertly pulled the heart out. Yoongi licked his lips as the smell of the heart filled his sensitive nostrils. He was to distracted by the smell that he didn't notice the other smell, the one belonging to a human.

Jungkook froze as he stared at the boy hunched over next to a grave. He blinked, wondering if he was seeing things or not.

He crept behind a tombstone, attempting to get close to the boy who seemed to have fox ears and nine tails. He gasped when he realised what the boy was doing.

The boy was eating the heart from the body lying next to him. Blood dripped down his chin and arms as he bit into it. He chuckled quietly, grinning widely.

Jungkook retched, the feeling like he was going to vomit rising up inside of him.

The boy stiffened, looking up. He sniffed the air, looking around. Jungkook quickly hid behind the tombstone, holding his breath as he willed the boy to go back to eating.

Jungkook's heart was beating quickly in his chest, thumping loudly in his ears.

Yoongi silently crept over to where the human scent was coming from, the heart left back next to the grave. He crawled up over the tombstone and peered down at the boy hiding behind it.

Jungkook felt something drip on to his head and he reached up to touch it. He felt wetness on his hair and looked up.

The boy was staring at him from over the tombstone, making Jungkook cry out in surprise. He scrambled backwards away from the tombstone, attempting to stand up but ultimately failing.

The boy leapt from the tombstone and on to Jungkook, pinning him down. Jungkook's breath quickened as the boy's face grew closer. He could see the blood dripping from his chin and could feel the stickiness of his hands.

The boy sniffed at Jungkook, bringing his face even closer to Jungkook's, and that's when Jungkook's heart started beating a little too fast...

And then he fainted.
