Nicks POV:
i sat there waiting at the gate where Edwin was supposed to arrive. i nervously scrolled through my phone and just waited, which i've been going a lot recently.
"nicholas!!" i turned around to see edwin running to me.
"hey man" i braught him into a bro hug "bailey is excited to see you"
"i'm excited to see her too man"

Edwin's POV:

me and nick walked through the halls of the hospital,  i absolutely hated hospitals they don't give off a good vibe. we stopped infront of baileys door and nick said "she's having a good day today, not all days are like this" and walked in
"EDWINNNN" bailey screamed from her bed

"BAILEYYY" i replied and hugged her

"im so happy your here" she told me

"i'm happy to be here" i replied

"i'm going to go down stairs to get some food anyone want anything?" nick asked and we shook out heads and he left leaving bailey and i alone

"thank you from coming i know he really needs his brother" bailey said

"it's no problem i need to know he is ok too" i paused "how are you?"

"well good considering..... well you know" she paused and looked sad

"we are all here for you, the guys practically begged me to let them come along" i said which she laughed a little at

"i'm back and i have snacks!" nick said as he entered the room

"what movie?" i asked nick and bailey

"umm i heard tag is good" bailey responded

"tag it is" i said and clicked on the movie. bailey nick and i were having a movie night in the hospital not ideal but anything the make bailey happy. after the movie ended nick and i made our way back to baileys house where he was staying.

"so we are going to have to share the king bed but there will be enough room" nick said as we walked into the bedroom

"not ideal but will do" i plopped down on the bed

"when does she start treatment?" i asked

"two days, they decided to keep her in the hospital until the first and then she can come home, but she will basically still be living there." nick replied and sat down on the bed as well

"what about you man, are you staying out here for 2 years?" i asked him not trying to be insensitive but what about the band

"i mean yeah, bailey is my life and i couldn't bare to lose her or not be by her side during this. i guess i could travel back and forth but i don't think that's worth it. i need to take care of her. i need to be by her side." nick said emotionally

"i understand man, but we will have to talk to simon"
