Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipmunks in Space!

Part 26 - Hopefully This Will Cure Alvin...

In Space, On The Planet Venguna
Brittany had managed to keep moving and while she wasn't going at her normal speed, she had got to the building the Monster Chipmunk was climbing
She went inside and made her way to the elevator
Brittany pressed the button several times, hoping the elevator would arrive quickly
"Come on, hurry up! Hurry up!" Brittany thought to herself
After a few seconds, the elevator doors opened and Brittany got inside
Theodore and Eleanor had just entered the building too and Eleanor saw Brittany in the elevator
Eleanor started running towards the elevator and Brittany quickly hit the button to shut the elevator door
The elevator started going up to the top floor and Eleanor sighed, then growled in anger
"Theodore you stay down here, I'm going up the stairs to catch up with Brittany" called Eleanor
Theodore smiled, nodded and watched Eleanor run towards the stairs
Inside the elevator, Brittany was watching the numbers go up as the elevator was passing each floor
"Floor 8, floor 9...almost to the top" Brittany said out loud to herself
After a minute or so, the elevator had reached the 12th floor and the doors opened
Brittany left the elevator and moved as fast as she could to the stairs that went to the rooftop
Brittany was now on the rooftop and she saw the Monster Chipmunk on the rooftop too
"Alvin! It's me Brittany! Please come to me and let me help you!" Shouted Brittany
The Monster Chipmunk growled at Brittany and started climbing up the rooftop mobile tower
"Alvin! Stop! Come down from there!" Shouted Brittany
Eleanor then arrived on the rooftop too and run to Brittany
"Brittany, don't climb up after him. I know you want to help Alvin, but don't go up there after him" begged Eleanor
"I...I wish he would just come back down and let me help him..." Said Brittany in a sad voice
Brittany took a couple of steps forward before Eleanor grabbed her and pulled her backwards
"I do too Brittany, but you are in no condition to be moving and if you try climbing up that tower you will fall. I don't want to lose you sister, I love you so much" said Eleanor giving Brittany a hug
"I know, I love you too sister. Isn't there anything we can do?" Asked Brittany
"Unfortunately no...until Alvin comes back down to the rooftop or the ground we can't help him" replied Eleanor
Brittany sighed in defeat and stood with Eleanor both looking up at Alvin
Just then, a couple of hovercrafts came into the scene and the hovercrafts had policemen inside
"Return to the ground immediately or we will open fire!" Shouted one of the policemen through a mega phone
"Oh no! Don't shoot! Please don't shoot Alvin!" Said Brittany in a worried voice
The creature spat acid at one of the hovercrafts and the policemen responded to this by taking a shot at the Monster
The shot had hit the Monster Chipmunk, but it didn't look like the creature was in much pain
As the policemen in both hovercrafts started to fire, Brittany started shaking in fear
"I can't just stand here! I have to help!" Called Brittany
Brittany pulled away from Eleanor and run towards the tower
She put one of her arms and one of her legs on the tower, but before she could go any further Eleanor grabbed hold of her waist
"Eleanor, let go of me! I have to help Alvin!" Shouted Brittany
"No Brittany, come back down your going to hurt yourself" replied Eleanor
Brittany tried to shake Eleanor off her waist but it was no use, Eleanor had hold of her tightly
Inside The Spaceship, In The Small Lab
Simon and Jeanette were just about done with the antidote and were almost ready to give it to Alvin
"Ok Simon, I have just about done" called Jeanette
"That's great, while your finishing up I will call Theodore or Eleanor to see if they have see the Monster. If they haven't then it must still be onboard the Spaceship" explained Simon
Simon got out his phone and called Theodore
"Hey Theodore, it's Simon...um...have you or Eleanor seen a wild six armed monster with long dark fur recently?" Asked Simon
"Yeah. Me and Eleanor saw it, then Brittany came and then Eleanor tried to help her and take her back to the Spaceship but then..." Started Theodore
"Hold on! Brittany is with you and Eleanor?" Asked Simon cutting in
"Yeah that's right, she looked badly injured but she still wanted to try and help out" replied Theodore
"Oh no, she must have snuck out earlier. Where are you three now?" Asked Simon
"Inside a building" replied Theodore
"That helps" said Simon with sarcasm "What's the building called?"
Theodore quickly looked around for a sign
"Oh...we are in the Shanghai Tower" replied Theodore
"Ok Theodore, you three stay there and stay together. Me and Jeanette are on our way now with the new antidote" replied Simon ending the phone call
Simon then looked over at Jeanette and said "Is the antidote ready?"
"Yeah, it's ready now. Also, I have just put a small amount on a tray and under the microscope and there is a very high chance it will work and cure Alvin" explained Jeanette
"Well let's get going then before Brittany Theodore and Eleanor lose the Monster" said Simon
"Brittany is with them! I thought she was resting in her room!" Shouted Jeanette in a surprised voice
"She must have snuck out without us knowing..." Said Simon
"We have to get to them now then, before Brittany gets herself in anymore danger" Jeanette jumped in
Simon nodded back at Jeanette and after Jeanette picked up the new antidote, the two of them left the small lab
Outside On The Planet Venguna, On The Rooftop
The policemen continued to fire at the Monster Chipmunk and Brittany was getting more worried as each second passed
"Eleanor, let me go! If I don't do something, they will get Alvin and he will fall!" Shouted Brittany in a sad voice
"Brittany please seriously think about what your doing. If you climb up there you are putting yourself in risk of been fired at, Alvin knocking you off the tower or you falling yourself from the tower!" Explained Eleanor
Brittany froze for a few seconds before letting out a sigh
"Eleanor is right...I can't do much myself to help Alvin right now while he is up that tower...and I probably will get myself injured trying. I am just going to have to wait with Eleanor for Jeanette to hopefully come in time with the new antidote" Brittany thought to herself
"Eleanor, you can let go now...I am coming back down onto the rooftop" called Brittany in a calmer voice
"Promise me that's what your really going to do when I let go" replied Eleanor
"I promise sister" replied Brittany
Eleanor let go of Brittany and Brittany made her way back down onto the rooftop
"Thanks for listening to me sister" said Eleanor with a smile
Brittany gave Eleanor a hug "No problem sister, your right I would have probably got hurt if I did anything and I'm glad you were here to save me from doing something stupid"
The Monster Chipmunk then leaped off the tower and onto one of the hovercrafts
It ripped its claws into the front of the hovercraft and ripped out the engine
"Code red! We are going down!" Shouted the policemen through a mega phone
Brittany quickly let go of Eleanor and looked in the direction of the hovercraft that was now heading down
"Oh no! Alvin, jump! Get off that thing!" Shouted Brittany in a panic
The Monster Chipmunk growled and was about to jump
However, the other hovercraft moved closer and the policeman inside got out a bazooka and shot out a sticky web
It hit the Monster Chipmunk and the creature was now stuck to the crashing hovercraft
"Alvin! No! No! No!" Shouted Brittany in a sad voice
Brittany moved as quick as she could to the edge of the building and was about to jump off the rooftop
"Ah! Oh no! Brittany!" Shouted Eleanor running to the edge of the building
As soon as Brittany jumped, Eleanor grabbed hold of Brittany's leg
However, Brittany's weight was a bit too much for Eleanor and the two of them fell off the rooftop
Luckily, they landed on the hovercraft...but were stuck in the sticky web with the Monster
"Why did you do that?" Asked Eleanor in an annoyed voice
Brittany didn't reply, she tried to get herself free from the sticky web but it was no use
A few seconds later, the hovercraft crashed on the ground with a loud SMASH
However, Brittany Eleanor and the Monster Chipmunk were still stuck to the damaged hovercraft and had little time to escape before the police got them
"Oh no! We're trapped!" Called Brittany
"I know that! And the police will be here any second!" Replied Eleanor
"Where are Simon and Jeanette when you need them?" Asked Brittany
Just then, Simon and Jeanette run across the road and were now stood in front of the damaged hovercraft
"Brittany! Eleanor! Are you two OK?" Asked Simon
"Yeah we are fine, just stuck!" Replied Brittany
The Monster Chipmunk used it's six arms and ripped the sticky web
"The creature is going to escape soon if we don't do something" called Simon
Jeanette picked up a metal bar that was close by and shouted "Eleanor catch this!"
Eleanor caught the metal bar and gave hit a good swing before hitting the creatures legs
The Monster fell on its front and was now very close to Brittany
"Brittany catch!" Called Jeanette
"I can't catch Jeanette, you know I can't catch!" Brittany called back
"Well there is a time for everything! Now do your best I'm sure you will catch it!" Replied Jeanette
Jeanette tossed the needle with the new antidote inside towards Brittany and to Brittany's surprise, she caught the needle
"OMG! I can't believe I caught it!" Called Brittany
"Quickly, inject Alvin with the new antidote!" Shouted Simon
"Hopefully this will cure Alvin..." Brittany thought to herself
Brittany took the plastic top off the needle and injected it into the Monster Chipmunk
The Monster Chipmunk stood up and growled in pain
The creature fell forward and a couple of it's six arms got caught in the sticky web which pulled Brittany and Eleanor free
Once Brittany and Eleanor were back on the ground the two of them, along with Simon and Jeanette watched and hoped the antidote would cure Alvin
The four extra arms started to shrink and sharp claws in Alvin's original paws and feet started to disappear
After a few seconds the extra arms had gone, leaving holes in Alvin's hoodie and the sharp claws on Alvin's paws and feet had disappeared 
With the extra arms now gone, Alvin fell out of the sticky web and to the ground
After one more scream of pain, the long dark fur started to malt and fall off of Alvin leaving him with his normal brown fur
"Jeanette, it worked! You saved Alvin! He is back to normal!" Called Brittany with excitement
Brittany run over to Alvin and sat him up
"Alvin, it's me Brittany. Are you OK?" Asked Brittany
Alvin slowly opened his eyes and saw Brittany's face
"What happened? Where are we now?" Asked Alvin in a confused voice
"You turned into a Monster but Simon and Jeanette managed to save you and cure you" replied Brittany
"Really? I don't remember any of that...I just remember getting out of bed and...well...passing out for a few hours" replied Alvin
Alvin then noticed Brittany's injured arm and legs
"What happened to you Brittany?" Asked Alvin
"I...I got injured...I will explain why later..." Replied Brittany
"Brittany, we can't stay here much longer" said Eleanor
"Eleanor is right, the police will be here soon! We have to go quickly!" Called Jeanette
Simon and Jeanette helped Alvin and Brittany up and the four of them started walking back to the Spaceship
Eleanor went inside the Shanghai Tower and grabbed Theodore and the shopping bags
Once Theodore and Eleanor caught up with the others, the Chipmunks and Chipettes all made their way back to the Spaceship
