Part 24 - The Monster Chipmunk!

In Space, Inside The Spaceship
Alvin then felt a massive pain and fell to the ground
He screamed in pain and was using his strength to stay on all four paws
"I...I thought...Brittany said...ah!...it would make...ow!...me feel better!" Alvin said out loud
Alvin then screamed in pain again, but had managed to stay on all four paws still
However, Alvin's transformation into a monster had begun
Alvin's fur started to grow much longer and darker then normal
Sharp claws came out of his paws and feet and four extra arms, also with long dark fur and sharp claws, come out of both Alvin's sides (two arms on each of his sides) and torn holes in his red hoodie
Alvin also grew in size, he was now twice the size of his brothers and the Chipettes
Alvin's transformation into the Monster Chipmunk was now complete
The Monster Chipmunk let out a loud screech and then spat acid at the door
The door started melting down from the acid and once the door had almost completely melted, the Monster Chipmunk smashed his way through the now weak door
The Monster Chipmunk was free! The creature looked left and right and jumped straight onto the roof
As the creature crawled across the roof trying to find an exit off the Spaceship, Brittany Simon and Jeanette were in for a surprise later to find Alvin missing and to eventually find out he had transformed into a monster
In The Small Lab
Brittany had come back into the small lab about 10 minutes ago
Since then, she had been sat down on one of the chairs frowning down at floor
Jeanette saw Brittany looking sad and walked up to her
"What's wrong sister? Did Alvin take the antidote?" Asked Jeanette
"Yeah, he took it...I'm still really worried though..." Replied Brittany
"But if he took the antidote he should be cured soon" Simon jumped in
"What if something has gone wrong though? What if the antidote has made things worse for Alvin?" Asked Brittany
Jeanette rubbed Brittany's back softly
"Brittany, I know your worried. I'm worried about Alvin too...but we all need to stay positive about this and Alvin should be back to normal soon" explained Jeanette
Brittany looked at Jeanette
"I know what your saying sister, I do need to stay positive about this. The antidote you and Simon made will most likely cure Alvin and I have nothing to worry about. I guess I just fear the worst...I don't want to lose Alvin" explained Brittany
"I know, I understand Brittany" said Jeanette giving Brittany a hug
SMASH!
Brittany let go of Jeanette and stood up quickly
"What was that?" Asked Brittany in a worried voice
"I don't know, it didn't sound good" replied Jeanette
Brittany run towards the door and opened it
"Brittany wait! We don't know what's out there!" Called Jeanette
Brittany ignored her sister and left the small lab
Brittany looked left and right and to her left she saw a knocked down door
"What the heck could have taken that door down?" Brittany thought to herself
She walked down the hallway to the now bent and crushed door and went into the room
Brittany looked around the room and saw some damaged TV's and computers, but no one inside
She tried the light switch but the light wouldn't switch on
Brittany sighed, took a couple of steps forward into the room and came to a stop when something green was dripping down in front of her
Brittany slowly looked up and saw something quite large moving in the dark
Brittany shivered in fear of the unknown and slowly stepped backwards
As she was moving back, a pair of bright red eyes appeared in the dark
Brittany let out a quick scream in fear and run straight out of the room
Not watching where she was going, Brittany bumped into Simon and Jeanette
"Brittany, what happened? Are you ok?" Asked Jeanette
"There is something in there...it's not one of our relations" replied Brittany in a worried voice
Just then, there was a loud THUD and the Monster Chipmunk came running out of the room
"OMG! What is that thing?" Asked Simon
"I don't know...but we need to get out of here" replied Jeanette
Simon and Jeanette started running but realised Brittany was stood still
She looked at the Monster Chipmunk's chest and saw it was wearing a red hoodie with a yellow 'A' on it
"Wait a minute, that creature is...Alvin..." Said Brittany to herself in a surprised voice
Jeanette run back to Brittany and grabbed hold of her arm
"Brittany come on, we have to go!" Called Jeanette
The Monster Chipmunk growled and chased Brittany Simon and Jeanette as they run back to the small lab
Once the three of them were in the small lab, Simon tried to keep the door shut as long as possible while Jeanette looked for somewhere they could all hide
"That thing...that monster out there is Alvin!" Shouted Brittany
"What are you talking about? Alvin isn't a monster that wants to kill us" called Simon
"Your antidote must not have worked! Now because of you and Jeanette failing to cure Alvin, he has turned into a MONSTER!" Shouted Brittany in an angry voice
"Brittany, we can't do anything about that right now..." Started Jeanette before she was cut off
"That's easy for you to say! It's not your boyfriend that has turned into a monster!" Shouted Brittany still in an angry voice
Jeanette was really worried about the monster getting inside and Brittany shouting at her
Brittany never shouts at her sisters unless they have done something really wrong to really annoy her and make her mad
"I thought you said the antidote had a high chance of working! I trusted you both!" Shouted Brittany
"Brittany we are sorry...we really did expect the antidote to work and are really surprised it hasn't...we will make an antidote that will definitely cure Alvin, don't worry" explained Jeanette in a worried voice
"I hope your right...I can't believe this is happening right now" replied Brittany brushing her paws through her hair
Just then, the door to the small lab was knocked down and Simon was sent flying across the room
The Monster Chipmunk looked over at Brittany and Jeanette
The creature walked closer to Brittany and Jeanette and spat acid at them both
Luckily, they both moved backwards just in time and got away from the danger
As the Monster Chipmunk came closer to them, Brittany stood up and faced the creature
"Alvin! It's me Brittany! Don't you recognise me?" Shouted Brittany
The Monster Chipmunk completely ignored Brittany and picked her up instead
"Brittany! No!" Called Jeanette in a worried voice
"Alvin, put me down right now!" Shouted Brittany
The Monster Chipmunk didn't recognise Brittany at all and opened its mouth
It brought Brittany closer to it's mouth, but before it could eat her the Monster Chipmunk was pushed against the wall
Simon had put about 20 books onto a trolley and sent the trolley crashing into the Monster Chipmunk
Jeanette went to get Brittany and make sure she was OK, but by the time Jeanette got to Brittany the monster was getting back up
The Monster Chipmunk growled in pain and with Brittany still in his hand, he thrown her across the room sending her smashing into the wall
"Brittany!" Called Jeanette in a worried voice
Jeanette was about to go to Brittany but the monster stood in her path
It was about to grab her until Simon jumped on the creatures back and tried to punch and hurt the monster
The Monster Chipmunk was too big and tough for Simon's punches and hardly felt anything
Simon then started to pull the now long dark fur on the monsters head and that got it's attention
While the Monster Chipmunk was trying to get Simon off its back, Jeanette run past and went to aid Brittany
Jeanette removed the rubble that had fell on Brittany from the wall off and pulled Brittany away safely before speaking to her
"Brittany are you OK?" Asked Jeanette in a sad voice
"No...my arm is killing...I am struggling to move it..." replied Brittany while crying
Jeanette looked at Brittany's right arm and it looked broken
Jeanette slowly pulled Brittany's jacket off to look at the arm completely and it had a cut down her arm below her elbow
"Brittany...I-I think your arm...it's broken, and that cut doesn't look too good neither" explained Jeanette
"The pain is horrible Jeanette, please make it go away..." Begged Brittany
"I...I will help and treat you the best I can..." Replied Jeanette also crying
The Monster Chipmunk had managed to grab Simon and thrown him to the ground
Simon moaned in pain and the Monster Chipmunk howled and dashed out of the small lab
Jeanette waited a few seconds to make sure the monster had gone, then she spoke up
"Simon, are you alright?" Asked Jeanette
"Yeah, but I could be better...I'm in a bit of pain but nothing serious. Is Brittany OK?" Asked Simon
Jeanette shook her head "She has broken her arm and has a bad cut too" replied Jeanette
"We need to get that sorted out quickly, before she loses a lot of blood and passes out" called Simon
"Brittany, are you OK to walk?" Asked Jeanette
Brittany nodded and Simon and Jeanette helped her stand up
Once Brittany stood up, she took a few steps and hissed in pain
"What's wrong? Is there anything we can help you with?" Asked Simon
Jeanette looked down at Brittany's legs and saw the problem
"Jesus, you have another cut on your leg too. Your not in very good condition right now" said Jeanette in a worried voice
"I...I will...ow...be fine. I need to...find and save...Alvin" said Brittany in pain
"I don't think so sister, me and Simon are going to bandage your cuts up and get you a pot put on your arm and a sling. Once we have done that, we will put you to bed to rest" explained Jeanette
"What? No...you don't need...to put me to bed. I need t-to help A-Alvin" said Brittany in pain
"I'm sorry Brittany but I forbid you from leaving your room until your better" said Jeanette
"Your not my Mum...and I'm the oldest...out of us three sisters. Can't I make my own decisions?" Asked Brittany
"Not this time, sorry Brittany" replied Jeanette
Simon left the small lab first and checked to see if the monster was close by
There was no sign of the Monster Chipmunk so Simon and Jeanette quickly got Brittany to the kitchen and sat her at the table
Simon got out the first aid box and both Simon and Jeanette took care of Brittany
Once Brittany had a pot on her arm, a sling and a couple of bandages on her cuts Jeanette took Brittany to her room
After Brittany was put in bed Jeanette spoke up
"Brittany, you must stay in bed and recover. You not really in a fit state to move" said Jeanette
"But Jeanette...I need to help Alvin" called Brittany
"You need to rest, me and Simon will help Alvin don't worry. Now please stay in bed and get some rest" said Jeanette
Brittany sighed and Jeanette left the room
Jeanette was on her way back to the kitchen to tidy up till she heard Simon call her from the small lab
Jeanette run to the small lab and saw Simon looking at the computer
"What is it Simon?" Asked Jeanette
"I have looked under the microscope at a sample of Alvin's blood before he became a monster and the antidote we made and we did something very wrong. The antidote we made and gave to Alvin didn't cure him it did the opposite...it accelerated the speed of the poisonous cells instead" explained Simon
"In other words, we have made Alvin become a monster quicker then the poisonous cells would have normally. So that means we have even less time now to make the correct antidote to cure Alvin..." Replied Jeanette
Simon and Jeanette looked at each other with worried faces
They were both thinking about if they would have enough time to save Alvin now, from been a monster permanently...
