Since I wasn't given info about if this was based on game or the Skylanders series, I'm going to work it with both game and Skylanders.

Forecast said it was gonna be a sunny day, but instead of waking up to the morning sun, it was a thundering storm. Dark clouds rolled in through the day and night, along with heavy rains, thunder, and lightning.
Normally the Skylanders would be training or having some fun. But since there was a chance of a flashflood occuring, everyone was sent to stay inside....well-other than (y/n).
The dragon loved flying through storms, the feeling of freedom in a place nobody would want to go in. Currently, the male was flying through the clouds, roaring excitedly as he listened to the sound of the thunder.
Though as he flew around, he couldn't help but tilt his head a little as he stopped in place. Looking around, he frowned humming softly as between the sounds of thunder, he could hear another pair of wings beating.
A few seconds passed before he grunted feeling a smaller body fly hard into his side. Turning to face the figure, his eyes widened as he watched the female fly back a little, shaking her head in a daze.
When the female opened her eyes, she couldn't help but tense up a little as she looked up at the bigger dragon. Her eyes locked on with his (e/c) ones. Their wings swatted the air in a strange beat as they eyed eachother, neither having seeing a dragon in a long time.
(Y/n)'s (e/c) eyes looked over her, noticing a few gashes on her left leg and some on her wings. Tilting his head, he flew around her a little and leaned close, only to earn a snap from the female. Reeling his head back, his eyed widened as he looked down at her meeting her own eyes.
Cynder only growled at him as she turned her body to face him, "What do you think you're doing?"
Raising a brow, (y/n) chuckled softly, "Just checking you're wounds. You do know that if you don't get them fixed, they would get infected right?"
Cynder rolled her eyes as she nodded looking away, "Of coarse I know that! I know how to handle myself."
(Y/n) smirked a little as he raised a brow at her, "You probably do. But do you know how to heal yourself without the proper stuff?"
The female opened her muzzle to respond, but no voice came out. Huffing she crossed her arms and looked away grumbling, "No.."
Smiling softly, (y/n) flew again close to her and held out a his paw, "Then follow me so then I can get you fixed up."
Raising a brow, Cynder didn't take his paw and just flew next to him, "Fine. But don't expect me to hold your paw."
Bringing it back to him, (y/n) chuckled and started to fly down, "Ok, then follow me. Just stay close or else you could get separated in the storm."
Cynder nodded as she flew down after him, sticking close to him as if something was about to lung out at them. Though it wouldn't take long to get back to his home, they did small talk and exchanged names. Once they both flew in onto the patio, (y/n) held the door open as she walked inside.
Walking in after her, he shut the door behind him and walked over to a desk and pulled out some supplies. His (f/c) scales glinting in the light as he sat down waving her over. Turning on a lamp, he grabbed Cynder's arm and helped her onto the desk laying her down.
As he put his claws gently over the marks on her legs, wary as he felt her eyes on him. Slowly, he summoned his flames into his claws and sent them into the wound. His eyes went to Cynder, who was tensing in shock at what he was doing.
After a few minutes, (y/n) pulled his claws away and chuckled as he put them at her wings, "You doing ok?"
The female nodded before glancing at his claws, "How are you able to do that?"
Raising a brow, (y/n) smirked a little, "What? Heal? My friend, Fang showed me how."
Moving a little closer, Cynder tilted her head curious, "Could I meet this, Fang, and have her teach me?"
As he finished her wings, (y/n) rubbed the back of his neck, "You'd have to earn her trust first. It took me a few months, so it might take you that long too."
Cynder nodded as she looked outside, almost looking scared to even go back out there, "Ok. Then I'll earn her trust so she can teach me."
The male nodded before noticing how her demeanor changed, "Don't worry. The storm can only bark, not bite."
Cynder rolled her eyes as she crawled off the desk shaking her head, "It's not that. These rouge dragon attacked me after I had gone to a soothesayer to find my future. They've been after me since then."
Frowning, (y/n) walked over and gently grabbed her chin making her look at him, "Well, how about you stay here with me? So then when they come, we can get the jump on them and attack."
Pulling her head away, Cynder huffed as she walked over to the couch, swaying her hips gently before laying across it, "Fine. But don't think I'm gonna be paying you back."
A soft blush crept on (y/n)'s cheeks as he watched her hips before nodding smiling, "Don't worry. You wouldn't have to." Walking past the couch, he headed upstairs to get to bed before calling back down, "Sleep well Cynder." With that said he went to his room and slept.

~A few hours later~

(Y/n) hummed softly as he walked downstairs thirsty for a drink. As he entered the kitchen, he perked up a little hearing whimpering from the couch. Turning his head in its direction, he frowned seeing that Cynder was having a nightmare.
Walking over, he tilted his head before leaning down, gently nuzzling his head against her shoulder. Keeping his eyes on her, he hummed as his nuzzling didn't help. As Cynder whimpered, she started to squirm rolling off the couch.
Pulling his head back, he quickly moved himself to where when she fell she would land on his chest. After she landed on his chest, his blush slowly grew as her head was against his neck. Tilting his head down a little, he looked at her, rubbing her back to see if it did anything.
Seeing her breathing slow down, he leaned down and gently nuzzled her. As he did so, he slowly began to fall asleep with his head still on hers. Then in a snap, he was asleep, his arms gently resting on her back as they slept together on the ground. From that moment, Cynder's nightmare stopped, and (y/n) wasn't thirsty for water anymore.
