"In here!" I said.
She entered my room and she smiled.
"You look really nice." She smiled.
"You do too." I said.
"Nash just called. He said it was okay for us to come over and stay for dinner." She said.
"Great. Let's go." I said as I grabbed my purse and we walked across the street.
We knocked on the door.
"I've only met Nash's parents once." Ashley patted down her outfit.
"You'll be fine. Besides, I've only met their parents twice. You'll be okay." I said.
Nash opened the door.
"Hey babe!" Nash hugged Ashley.
I gagged.
"Oh, hey. Hayes is in his room." Nash said.
"Try not to swallow each other." I yelled as I went up the stairs.
I knocked on Hayes's door, even though it was open.
He was buttoning up his shirt.
"You look..wow..." Hayes said when he noticed me standing at the doorway.
"You don't look bad yourself." I smiled.
He picked me up, slammed the door behind me, and put me on his bed.
"I'd do anything for your smile." He kissed me.
His mouth moved in sync with mine.
His tongue went into my mouth and explored it.
His lips were still leaving marks on my skin, and moving down to my neck.
His hands were on my lower back, holding me up as my back arched.
He continued to suck on the skin of my neck.
I don't know what it's called, maybe it's a sweet spot, but he found mine.
A small moan escaped my lips.
He leaned back, his hands on the side of my face, like a push up position.
I put a hand to his cheek and rubbed my thumb in circles. He smiled against my hand.
He lied down next to me. I turned around and faced him.
"I love your smile." I said.
He chuckled and held my hand on his cheek.
"I just love everything about you." He told me.
"You're too sweet." I laughed.
"Hayes? Juliet? Time for dinner." I heard Elizabeth yell.
I got up and Hayes grabbed my hand.
"What?" I asked.
"I don't want to go." He pouted.
"Why not?" I said.
"I want to stay here with you." He said.
I laughed, but he seemed to be serious.
"Hayes, we have to go downstairs." I said.
He sighed, but he got up.
"If anything bad happens, I'm blaming you." He said as we walked downstairs hand and hand.
"Something bad always happens." I laughed.
We stopped at the bottom of the steps.
"I'll be here." He said as he kissed my hand.
"I'll always be here." I smiled.
We walked in hand and hand and we sat down.
Elizabeth came in, holding the turkey and put it on the table.
"Let's pray." Chad said and we joined hands.
"Lord, we thank you for the food on the table, and the people sitting around it. Amen."
"Amen." Everyone repeated.
And we dug into the food.
Elizabeth cleared her throat, which made everyone freeze on what they're doing.
She raised her glass.
"Here's to family, friends, girlfriends." She smiled.
And we all clinked our glasses.
